We are a retired Southwestern Ontario couple with 6 grown children that have been part time residents of Marco Island for over 30 years. We love the weather and atmosphere of this beautiful oasis and our family enjoys spending time on the island as much as possible. We own a home on the island so are there frequently as well as we have extremely reliable staff to assist us with our rentals when we are not on Marco. I am happy to help research things or places you may want to visit while vacationing on Marco Island, just email me and I will do my best to answer any inquiries on local attractions, restaurants, bike rentals, beaches, shopping, etc. If you have any special requests, please ask and I will see if I am able to accommodate you...we really want you to enjoy the Marco Island experience as much as we have for the past 30 years!

You will not be disappointed with this rental for all of your vacation needs. Close walking distance to many area restaurants, attractions, Marinas and shopping, including the world famous Snook Inn Bar & Restaurant. The Property has 2 pools, 2 spas, tennis courts, BBQ areas, boat docks and a Marina all right on the property, just steps away! The Marina even stocks bait for you to fish directly from the pier.

This building and unit is one of the most sought after in the complex due to the outstanding penthouse views of the Jolley Bridge and waterfront. This is the closest you can possibly get to the waterfront ... pictures do not do this view justice - come and see for yourself! We guarantee the view will leave you speechless!
