Gorgeous view

This property was perfect for our short stay in Florida. The unit is beautifully furnished, the view is stellar, and easy access to the beach made for a wonderful stay. We would definitely stay again

Great place for a family getaway

My family and i had a great trip staying in our room at the spoonbill building. The condo was roomy and for us all perfectly. The view and proximity to the beach were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The laundry room was right outside the door to the condo so very convenient. The location was great with many restaurants nearby.

Fall Getaway

Accommodations were great! Beautiful view of the ocean with easy access, well decorated, clean condo with plenty of room for us and our 2 adult children. It was very quiet, even with the construction going on. We will do this again!

perfect family vacation

Beautiful condo with amazing views of the ocean! Extra large open covered porch.Would definitely stay here again! Only improvement Id suggest would be more comfortable twins beds in guest room, or better yet- a comfortable queen and a twin- so that a couple can sleep together.

Practically Perfect

Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in this lovely property. I was grateful for the large balcony, well-equipped kitchen, cleaning supplies (necessary with boys 7-12) and proximity to the beach and other amenities. I do wish we had not opted for the $150 amenities fee for Marriott gym/golf/tennis/etc. It was not worth it at all for us. Other than that, loved everything else!

Birthday Time

Had a great time. View was fantabulous. Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Room with king bed was ideal. Room with 2 singles needed better lighting and bathroom fan was too noisy to use, but these were a small price to pay for everything else. Pool well used and beach access teriffic.

Perfect location for fun in the sun!

The unit is lovely, clean and tasteful with a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels and umbrella. Beware if renting in the summer months as it is maintenance season- the concrete balconies next door were being worked on with loud drilling and men in lifts M-F. FYI- This is property is managed by a realty company so you deal with them versus the owner(which was fine). Unit needs linens and pillows for the sofa bed. Also had to buy kitchen sponge, dish soap and TP beyond the initial roll. Would expect these to be included for a weekly rental.

Great location at the beach

Amazing location on the beach and pool was lovely. Unit has a well equipped and remodeled kitchen. The bathrooms are also remodeled and are clean. There were issues with it being an older unit — some walls that need to be painted, minor repairs, dust in the vents, and an unpleasant odor from the vents when we used the air conditioning.

Our stay at Spoonbill

We really love Hutchinson Island and the Spoonbill. We grew up coming to Stuart to visit my grandparents and my moms extended family. Unfortunately, we were not notified in advance of the extensive concrete restoration project happening at the Pelican- the building next door to Spoonbill. If you are staying in this unit in June/July 2022 (and likely, August, as construction projects never seem to finish on time) plan to have crews show up at 8am every weekday and jackhammer concrete for hours while you are there. The noise can even be heard from the beach. Extremely disappointing. The unit was very clean when we arrived, there are loose outlets throughout the whole unit and the kitchen is dimly lit. I read in a previous review that it would be undergoing a renovation this fall. That will be good. That said, the sunrises from the large balcony were wonderful (as long as you’re back inside and away from the jackhammers by 8am). Beach combing on Hutchinson Island is always fun especially after the almost tropical storm. We will return again to the Spoonbill and would even stay in this unit once it is renovated. The a/c was cold, the beds were clean and comfortable, good showers, and a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated using the beach chairs and boogie boards as well. Overall, a good stay but next time I will be asking more questions from the property management before booking.

Awesome beachfront condo!

Great vacation spot on Hutchinson Island! Condo was well appointed and comfortable for our stay. Great restaurants near by and enjoyed shopping in downtown Stuart. The beach is beautiful and wasn’t crowded on this holiday weekend.

What a view!

Lovely and well appointed condo, very clean and fabulous views. We’ve stayed in the area often and love it but 1 st time in this building. We’d do it again. (The pocket door didn’t work but it’s such a great place… no worries)

A TERRIBLE UNIT

This unit was abhorrent. There were so many problems with it that I had to apologize to guests visiting and call management constantly. Outlets were pulled out of the wall, lighting was extremely poor with only one dim light working in the bedroom, doors that wouldn't open and. close properly, and on and on. Perhaps the worst thing was the dirt in the unit. The rugs were brown with dirt (we rolled them up and didn't use them), there was thick dust in places and the air conditioning vents were filled with grime. I was told by the management company that the place was being renovated in the fall, but that does not help people renting the unit up until them. I have requested a partial refund since the pictures of the unit nor description indicated that the unit was tired and dirty. If I had seen the unit, there would have been no way I would have rented it.
