I would not recommend this property to anyone. We were due to check in on Saturday, and on Sunday morning we noticed the pool temperature was 60 degrees. The listing says there is a heated pool, so I messaged Jillian. She sent her pool guy over, and he turned on the heater, but the pool was not heated enough for us to swim until Monday. I asked Jillian why the pool heater was not turned on prior to our arrival and I have yet to receive an answer to that question. She said we could go to another property of hers to use the pool, however, that did not work for us. We have two young children, and we were not about to pack up our car and drive to another house to use the pool and not have access to a bathroom or beach house. This was not a “solution.” When I asked for a partial refund since we could not use the pool for a day and a half, she said “Because the situation was resolved and the system operated as intended, I’m not able to offer a refund.” Both parts of this statement are false. Also, there are holes in the pavers going around the pool. Many of the holes have plastic sticking out a tiny bit, but just enough for you to trip on and mess up the bottom of your feet. The plastic has uneven edges, so it is not ideal for anyone, let alone two toddlers.We also had several other things wrong that I had to message Jillian about. The internet, the deadbolt on the front door, and a race that was limiting road access on our checkout day. I sent her 15 messages during our stay!

This house was amazing for family. Everything you need for beach vacation. Outdoor shower made transitioning for beach to pool a breeze with children. The house is beautiful and relaxing. Host is great with communication and went above and beyond for us !!! Thank you for letting us stay in your beach house. 100% would recommend and stay again.

Amazing

Everything about our stay was amazing. The location was great. 30 second walk to the beach and a quick uber anywhere you wanted to go. The place itself was great as well! The host is amazing and I would go back without question.

Wonderful month-long escape from New England

Our stay at Jill's house was beyond lovely. She is an amazing host, with quick communication and easy check-in and check-out. The home was perfect for my husband and I, along with family and friends that joined us throughout the month. A few highlights:- Location, location, location! Being steps from the beach was incredible, and having a vast array of beach chairs in the garage to choose from was perfection.-The pool! We had nieces and nephews ranging from ages 3-17 visiting and the pool was certainly a highlight for all!-The two-bed bedroom could not have worked out better for the visitors we had. I don't know what we would have done without it.- The kitchen was a dream, I wish I could have taken it home. It was well stocked with everything we needed and more.In summary, 10 out of 10 would recommend!! My husband and I thank Jill for everything and hope to return.

Wish we could stay forever...

We thoroughly enjoy our stay with Jillian who was extremely responsive at ever turn. The house is set up perfectly - bedrooms downstairs and up - great kitchen space to accommodate our family - especially the open floor plan. The heated pool/patio area are all you need unless you want to walk the 3 minutes to the beach. Overall A Thank you Jillian!

Thanksgiving in FLL

Great state, great location. House could improve TVs (some did not work) and equipment (a/c and pool) were quite loud. My wife had a hard time sleeping in master because of so much noise. Location is excellent and house is well equipped.

home away from home

our host Jillian was so supportive from day one, always a little skeptical when renting first time but this house did not disappoint at all , great location , and pool is a great life savor when beach weather wasn't cooperative, this will be my go to rental in FLL

Perfect

Steps from the beach and with a secluded little private pool in the backyard, this house is perfect. The rooms are comfy and spacious, with TVs in every bedroom. Easy for the whole family and our dog. Jillian is a terrific host, as well, making the checkin process easy.

Far exceeded expectations!

Annual holiday beach week for family of 2 parents, 3 adult children. Easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants and night life but house itself is in quiet area. Nice pool and outdoor areas with grill, dining and lounging spots. 4 roomy bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, all well-equipped, could work well for extended family or 4 couples. Attractive and comfortable with lovely special touches for the holiday. Host Jill was very responsive to some minor issues, quickly and cheerfully addressed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great for families

We had a great trip. Two families, 4 young kids. The house has two nice master suites and two additional rooms, so everyone had space and was very comfortable. Having a pool and being so close to the beach was perfect. Easy to get to and from the airport. Great communication with the host who was very accommodating. It was the perfect place for our trip. Thanks for a great stay.

Good spot for family vacation

Great location, comfortable house, comfy beds, everything you need, but required some repair/maintenance, not all lights are working in the house, needs cleaning of both inside and outside area and the pool.

Weekend Stay

This house was perfect for a quick trip down to Fort Lauderdale. We arrived late at night and had some struggles using the keypad, but our host was super responsive, even at the late hour, and remotely supported us entering their home. The location is perfect--only 3 houses from the beach--plus a relaxing backyard, including the pool. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone with a medium-sized group. The 4 bedrooms fit our group perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great quiet place

It was the perfect house for us! The beach was across the street and not crowded at all. The pool and backyard was very nice. I highly recommend this house. We had 4 girls who stayed upstairs and my husband and I had the ground floor. Jill, the property manager, was always available if we had questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Home/Great Location

Absolutely beautiful property in a perfect location to enjoy the beach. The home is very well equipped with spacious bedrooms and ample gathering spaces for the family. Pool is well maintained in a gorgeous back yard that resembles a botanical retreat. Far enough away from the youth enjoying spring break yet close enough to all the amenities that Ft Lauderdale has to offer. Will definitely be returning!!

Excellent location, great owner, property needs updating that can be done easily

It is truly a home away from home and we had a great time. Any comments I have are minor and can be easily fixed in a few thousand dollars.We had a great time and our stay was comfortable. The furniture and tableware needs renewal asap. The appliances are fine but the AC units can be upgraded to less noisy units and if at all possible, adding a heating system to the pools would be great as well; Mimi can still be cold in March-May. Downstairs bedroom has a comfortable bed but the drwaers are very loose; for a Master Bedroom, the bathroom could be larger!

The Perfect Week

The house is perfecting situated on a very quiet, no-outlet street yet only steps away from the beach. Beautiful open floor plan with well equipped kitchen. The backyard pool and landscaping is beautiful and peaceful. My family and I (7 adults and 1 toddler) ate at the large outdoor poolside table most evenings. All amenities (e.g. beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach buggy etc) were all there which was great! My only issue was I had to leave !! Last, but not least, Jillian is a great host who was extremely responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a carefree, relaxing vacation on Fort Lauderdale Beach! I plan to return!!!!

Perfect week!

My family (6 adults and 1 toddler) stayed at the house for a week in January. It was absolutely wonderful! The location could not have better, we loved that it was a dead in street so very little traffic also. The host was great to quickly answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The pool was warm and we loved that it had a shallow part for our little one to play in.

Over the Top great!

I really don't know what more you could ask for! Lots of space to spread out, big kitchen, nice pool, pretty much across street from sandy beach and walking distance to bars/restaurants. We also used the Planet Fitness a couple miles away, walked to State park and of course the Lauderdale strip. Not far from airport either. The Host was by far the best communicator I've experienced on VRBO. Gave us great info, quick response time and even went above and beyond hooking us up with whatever was needed! We will be back hopefully! THANK YOU
