Amazing Property and Area

This home was absolutely gorgeous and labeled so it was easy to find everything. We had 2 families and there was so much space and something for everyone. The owner, Mason was super responsive on any questions we had.

Great Cabin for Large Family

Perfect size for two large families to enjoy a ski getaway. Games and activities kept the teens/kids happy and the parents enjoyed the hot tub after the days on the slopes.

Weekend getaway from Phoenix

We treated my teen son and his best friend to a winter weekend in Flagstaff and couldn’t have picked a better home. Besides being beautiful, spacious and sparkling clean, the house had everything you would want for a fun weekend away. Top of the list: Hot tub, firepit and game room (boys spent most of their weekend in there!) We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic house for a family getaway!

Fantastic house in a great neighborhood. All the amenities to entertain friends and teenagers for a long weekend or more. Access to trails right from the neighborhood, and relax in the hot tub!

Perfect stay

The house is huge, with plenty of room for small or large groups. It was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed two nights but were pleased with our choice.

Best Weekend with Friends

We had the best weekend with friends. The house is absolutely beautiful. Great view and location. Hot tub was perfect for the cold nights. Our host was always friendly and answered quick whenever we had a question! Highly recommend this house for families and friends! We can’t wait to rent it again

Amazing place for group!

We can’t say enough! The home was perfect for our 3 family group of 13, with 7 being 14 and under! The game room was a huge hit and allowed the adults to be able to have a conversation in the living room. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook and LABELED. The entire home was immaculate, neighborhood was safe, 30 min to ski slope, 11 min to Starbucks! We would most definitely come back.

Our stay

Fireplace was not working , bathrooms were dirty , cleaners at this property obviously don’t do a good job . Beautiful house and location but over all wouldn’t recommend staying , no directions to turn fireplace on

Great rental

Great location. The neighborhood felt very safe. Close enough to the market, restaurants, Sedona, and The Grand Canyon. The size and layout of the house was great for our party. The kids enjoyed playing in the fenced and private backyard. The house was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. A few items were missing from the home, including a blow dryer, extra linen for the pullout couch, shampoo and conditioner missing in the shared bathroom. A few items needed repair, including the kitchen trash can and toilet paper roll holder in the shared bathroom. None of these things would prevent us from renting this home in the future. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Amazing property, family friendly!

We had my parents, my father-in-law, and our 9-year old son for a family trip during spring break. Plenty of room, host was wonderfully responsive, and all the amenities were perfect. Our son even enjoyed the little snow in the back with the sleds Mason left for us - we will definitely recommend and return!

Big house, small provisions

This is a large home which accommodated our family fine. However, the minimal provisions offered were a bit of an inconvenience. 1. No kleenex (have to use toilet paper, which is cheap and only 1 spare roll per bathroom). 2. No dish cloths. 3. Two dish towels. 4. 1 set of silverware per person (10 sets) which means you have to do dishes after ever meal in order to eat the next one. 5. Since there aren't any kitchen linens to speak of, paper towel had to be used to wipe down counters, stove, clean any spills, etc. And with only 2 rolls of paper towel, grocery store runs are necessary. 6. The cleaning fee is hefty and more than we've paid with any VRBO rental, but since you can't clean up after yourself, I guess that's why. 7. One extra trash bag per receptacle. 8. Mother-in-laws suite gets super hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. 9. We were so worried of being charged a late if we checked in 15 minutes before 4:00PM, that we waited in the car (after driving for 2.5 hours) before we went in. 11. No foil, plastic wrap, paper napkins, etc... 12. It's a big home, but feels like the owners have either had bad experiences in the past with renters or are not that vested in the comforts of their renters. Plan on bringing ALL of your own provisions and/or spend your vacation time running to the grocery store.
