One of a kind rental! This beautiful home is within 1 mile from downtown yet tucked away on a wooded lot in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The home is nestled amongst mature Ponderosa Pine, Gambel Oak and forest gardens for the real mountain town experience. Wildlife such as deer, fox and various backyard birds are sighted frequently. The home decor has a cozy, modern rustic feel. Recently remodeled, it offers upscale furnishings throughout, hardwood hickory floors and beautiful kitchen with natural alder wood cabinets and radiant floor heating. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need from dishware to barware! The bright sunlit living room has private wooded views....perfect for reading and planning all your local excursions. The living room area has TV with Fire TV Stick for streaming, books, maps and trail guides for the local area. With fast high-speed internet, you'll have plenty of speed to work & stream movies at the same time. The primary bedroom provides a Serta California King bed with woods view, electric fireplace and private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a modern, platform queen bed. The third bedroom has two Serta twin beds with wall mounted TV. There is an additional guest bathroom in the hallway with shower and tub. The home also contains high efficiency washer and dryer for your family's needs. Enjoy sitting outside on the deck for wildlife viewing, morning coffee, family bar-b-que or evening stargazing with your friends and family!

Had a great family weekend! Came with my two older kids. Location is awesome and close to downtown. Lots of personal touches, including fresh flowers, snacks, notes on fun things to do. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets for warmth and chilling. Kitchen was well stocked, had everything we needed for meals. Laundry is always helpful. Property manager was very responsive. Would definitely come back.

Amazing place in Flagstaff!

Living in the Valley we go to Flagstaff quite regularly. This was our first time staying in this lovely home and we will definitely be staying again. This home is perfect for a trip to Flagstaff. Communication with the owners was so easy. The owners have taken great care of the home. It is very, very clean and has everything that you need. It is about a mile from downtown Flagstaff but still feels like you are in the forest. The street is very quiet and peaceful. The home is tucked back from the road. We even had a deer come through the yard while we were staying there. It was great! We loved the outdoor deck. I spent most of my time reading out there. This will be our go to place when visiting Flagstaff from now on. I can't say enough great things about our stay. Highly recommend!

Great, comfortable, well supplied home.

This house was so comfortable! We like to cook in and this house had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The kitchen was well stocked. Outside there’s a nice grill and a cozy propane fire pit on a comfy patio that makes the end of the day so relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay! The rest of the house was also well supplied. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the large screen tv was great! They even provided fresh cut flowers to brighten our visit. We would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful place

It you want a place that is close to downtown and hidden in nature this is the place. We stayed here while attending our daughter’s graduation. The place is clean, and in quiet neighborhood. Mary and Eric are quick to respond to any questions you have. The beds are very comfortable. It was nice to sit on the porch drinking my coffee and watch the deer and squirrels.

Flagstaff vacation

Very nice cabin everything you need for a vacation! Right in town but feels like you’re up in the mountains! Owner’s were great! Lots of things to do within an hour or two! Great location! Would love to visit again!

The house was perfect. Quiet location but near old downtown.Everything we needed was at the house and stores nearby.Central location for National Parks and so many other sites to see. Seven days was not enough.We had snow and the walks were shoveled early morning so no problem getting out.Eric and Mary were the BEST, helpful in everyway.We will definitely stay there again when in the area.Thank you Mary and Eric for the wonderful stay at your house in Flagstaff.

Amazing experience

The owner of the home was not only above all expectations but she made us feel like family during our stay. The property itself was decorated so well but on top of that she made sure that we would not need for anything. The view of the stars was so great to see and their fire pit was a great addition that helped to pull it together. All in all, the visit was amazing thanks to the owner and all of her special touches to the property.

We stayed at Eric and Mary's cabin to visit the Grand Canyon. The cabin is very clean and spacious. You are right in town but feel like you are in the forest. It is centrally located to Williams and Sedona area. We had a wonderful stay. Eric and Mary are excellent hosts! Highly recommend.

Flagstaff Cottage

Nice place, quiet, clean. Need to replace the king bed. Need to replace the walkway and steps leading down to the cottage, major trip and fall exposure. Need to upgrade HVAC. Need to treat for insects inside the cottage. The deck and grill are nice features. The trees and wildlife are great. Wi-fi worked well, one outage. Well stocked towels, blankets, supplies, etc.

Hideaway

We stayed here during spring break. Nice, clean cozy home. We enjoyed our stay here and Easter was spent indoors playing games since there was about 6" of snow and too cold to do much of anything. Good area to go check out a majority of the sites we wanted to see during our visit. Would recommend staying in this cozy house.

Years ago, when our friends were choosing to travel overseas Mary and I really wanted to get to know what was in our own back yard, so we traveled and/or lived in many places all around North America. We have met many amazing people and experienced a lot of great places. We have recently broadened our travels with a handful of overseas trips, but without a doubt, Flagstaff has remained the place we call home. Flagstaff seems to have this amazing ability to attract people who are incredibly friendly, kind, open minded and energetic. It is truly an amazing place!

Flagstaff is such a beautiful town with a great close community. There are endless year round events for families and couples to enjoy. You can't beat this location! Getting close to nature is so accessible. A short walk outside and you can take a trail that will lead you on a two hour loop through the local pine forest. Also, an easy car or bike ride downtown brings you to all the shops, restaurants, coffee shops and nightlife. You can celebrate the Pine Cone Drop on New Years Eve downtown and be back in your living room in less than 10 minutes!

この宿泊施設の特徴

When we bought the home, we fell in love with the quiet nature views from the three large living room windows! It would be difficult to find another vacation rental in Flagstaff that offers a feeling of being surrounded by nature (Ponderosa pines and oaks trees while seeing deer in the yard) and yet still being so close to downtown. That really makes this property unique.
