Welcome to the Toho-Tally Toho-Tel! Our expansive tree-home nestled in the grand and tranquil pines as your gateway to Northern Arizona. Come enjoy all our home has to offer with towering picture windows in the open living area. Step out to the private deck, taking in nature on your doorstep. Relax in the large hot tub, grill on the outdoor patio, or cuddle around the gas firepit. Utilize the multiple living quarters, providing for privacy AND community. My family of 8 had a wonderful weekend stay at the Toho-Tally including playing games, enjoying the spacious patios, the hot tub and the fire pit at night. The cabin is clean, nicely furnished, spacious and your family can all be together and also have your own private time. The hosts are awesome!!The cabin is quite large and has three floors with the main quarters on the entry level floor, which has an outdoor furnished balcony that we used daily. Inside the entry level there is a kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower only, laundry room and a Queen bedroom, BUT, thru another door off the laundry room, there is a Queen bedroom suite with living room, bathroom, kitchen, AND a door that leads out to a private patio. Downstairs there is another suite with a laundry area, bathroom, kitchen, large living room and two bedrooms – Queen and King. There is also a door leading out to a patio with table and chairs. Upstairs from the entry level, there are two bedrooms – Queen and King and a bathroom with a loft overlooking the living room. All 3 kitchens have a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, table and chairs, and coffee maker. There are steps down from the driveway to the cabin’s entry. Make sure everyone in your party can use the stairs. There are large platformed brick steps down to the outdoor area where the hot tub and and firepit (no firewood needed) are located. We found the area and cabin to be quiet and restful. Would definitely recommend!

We had an amazing stay with our group of 14 while visiting the Grand Canyon! The house was super spacious and perfect for our three families. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend for large groups!

Toho Hotel year change

Wonderful! Grandsons had a great time visiting and playing cards and board games. We hiked through the forest. The adult kids and in-laws were able to visit and relax. A few of us are still feeling the bruises from the ice slopes at AZSnowbowl. The snow machines just provided a thin layer of white dust on top of solid ice. We ate our traditional New Years' food. Great time

Such a lovely home!!!

We had an amazing time at this spacious house. Perfect for our multi family getaway, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves. The house is beautifully maintained and has a fantastic layout. The three kitchens were a great bonus—ideal for cooking together, and there were plenty of supplies provided, so we never felt short on anything. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous, with a peaceful view that opens into the woods. We loved having so much space and being surrounded by nature while still having all the comforts we needed. Highly recommend this place for large groups or families looking for a great getaway!

Beautiful home

This house is so beautiful and spacious. We had a group of 16 people who were all able to stay comfortably and we all had a great time! We had our wedding ceremony in the back yard and then bbqed, hung out in the hot tub and enjoyed our evening. This place will forever hold a spot in my heart!

Summer trip

Everyone was so happy with this place and we were able to cook and grill with no problem. This property has everything you need and it is very clean. One of the best rentals we have stayed at and we will coming back hopefully soon!

Family vacation

This house was perfect for our large group of twelve. It is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to downtown. With three kitchens/living rooms we had enough space to hang out together or find a quiet space to relax. Andrew was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and Spacious

Unique property with plenty of private space for a large group. Lovely view with large windows facing gorgeous trees. We came in right after a snow storm, so we were treated with feet of snow that glittered in the sun. All pathways were safely cleared for us and parking was easy. The owners have an eye for aesthetics and the home is a lovely electric mid-modern vibe. Bedding and bedrooms were spotless and well kept. The common areas could use a deep cleaning.

Hello! We are Jill and Andrew. Husband, wife, and two little boys living in Flagstaff, Arizona. We were both raised in Arizona - Flagstaff and Tucson - where we met in college at the University of Arizona. We love to hike the trails within our neighborhood, go backpacking, snowboarding, and all things outdoors, and we're excited to share our home with travelers from all over the globe!

This home is comprised of ample living space with 6 bedrooms making up 2 king beds and 4 queens, along with 3 unique living/lounging areas as well as multiple kitchens to cook up an exceptionally great time! There is 1 couch which pulls out into queen sleeper sofa and 1 couch pulling out into a twin sized sleeper sofa, as well as a provided self-inflating queen air mattress, all of which we provide sheets, extra blankets, and pillows. All rooms and living areas are connected and accessible within the same home, so no need to voyage outside ever to connect with the rest of the group.

The outdoor areas are composed of multiple patios and decks which give different privacy and community gathering areas. Walk out of the main living and dining area onto the oversized wrap around deck with seating for all to enjoy morning coffee or evening stories. The side patio is equipped with an in-line gas grill, lounging hammock, outdoor dining, and connection to the fire pit and hot tub. Hot tub has seating for 7 but will almost certainly overflow when reaching 7 guest capacity.
