The yard (Grass need cutting and edging) Palms tree limb were all the yard and flowers beds. (2) Smart TV in the house would not accept the Network Password at all. But the interior of the house was beautiful and clean. The Pool area was also very nice. We had plenty rooms and everyone enjoyed the privacy and bathrooms.

A beautiful cozy family home with lots of space, with a lovely backyard, a covered pool and a view. In a safe gated neighborhood close to lots of food options, supermarkets and theme parks. The host was super responsive and helpful, even refunding us for a parking-related issue that had happened due to some miscommunication. A great base for a family to have while visiting Orlando - we loved our stay and highly recommend choosing this property. From the movie theatre to the bedrooms, the house is well maintained and we had a great time. Just don't park on the street!

The home was big enough for my family. But the home itself as well as the grounds are in need of some attention. The home is very dated, the cleaning staff missed a few things and the baseboards were extremely dirty. The home needs some TLC. The movie room was the highlight although it was accessible to everyone.

Loved this home. Arrived 30 mins early and trash hasn’t been picked up but that was taken care of promptly. Yard was not cut and the grounds needed to be taken care of but it really didn’t bother our family. Our family did our own cleaning and sanitizing the home but honestly it was already clean. Beautiful back yard view. Beautiful, Ample space and everything was as described. The house is huge and was perfect for our vacation. Pool was a hit for the kiddos. There were some minor things that needed attention but Jenny was amazingly responsive. Our family really enjoyed this stay and it was very close to the area attractions. Already preparing for next year!

No the pool was not warm enough to swim in. Even though we paid extra to have the pool heated it slowly warmed up. Took four days to warm it up enough for the family to enjoy it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the pool temperature was not ideal during the first few days of your December stay. To clarify for future guests, our pool is equipped with a high-efficiency Gas Heater, which is designed to heat the pool much faster than standard electric heat pumps. However, during your stay, Florida experienced an unprecedented, record-breaking extreme cold snap. When outdoor temperatures and wind chills drop severely below freezing at night, even the most powerful gas heating system running continuously faces a physical limit against overnight heat loss. The system was fully inspected and functioning perfectly at maximum capacity to combat the seasonal freeze. We appreciate your patience with the winter weather and hope to welcome you back during a warmer season to fully enjoy the pool!

61st birthday celebration

We had an awesome time. The house was everything we expected. We had to call twice for an issue but someone came both times almost immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here. Most of our time was spent relaxing in the pool. Absolutely amazing place to stay.

House was very spacious and fit our group perfectly, had some issues with pool/spa heating at first then it started to work but not very hot maybe the system was turned down for children, other than that the drains for the sinks and showers were alittle backed up and we could see a potential previous/active leak on the ceiling. Advise the host to review this and check the property out for future family’s/groups. Overall great property dispite the few odds and ends!

Perfect for our Disney vacation

The management company went above and beyond for us! The house was perfect, just a short drive to all the Disney parks, tons of great restaurants around! The only issues were with the heater for the hot tub, and I would suggest adding cookie sheets to the kitchen. Other than that it was great!

Family Vacation

After a minor problem with the spa,we had a great time. There wasn't enough towels in the bathrooms so we had make a Walmart run to buy towels and wash cloths. The neighborhood is great and very well kept up. The family loved both the pool all day and movie theater all night.

GREAT GOLF TRIP

I had a foursome of golfers stay at this home for the 2nd time so we knew what the house was like. Overall a great place with a beautiful view of the lake! Small problem with the hot tub initially but our host came right over and fixed the problem. The place could have been a little cleaner. The outside area needs a power wash and the outdoor table was not clean but overall everything was great. We may stay again!

Even better than expected!

We've been renting homes through homeaway for years and I have to say this home was by far the best we've ever rented- exactly as pictured, super clean and well maintained, kitchen perfectly equipped, wonderful relaxing pool area, **Beautiful** view of the lake w/ great fishing (my 3 year old was able to catch his first fish!), very peaceful and quite community, awesome air conditioned movie/game room (my kids went NUTS over this room!). Management is also very easy to work with and quick to get back to you with any questions/needs. We were very impressed all around and will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future!

Fantastic family house (including multiple families)

There are THREE king suits and a queen for adults/couples to spread out. The kids had four bunk or double twin rooms to share. The house is comfortable with four different gathering sitting areas (including outside). The a/c works great and the owner and property manager were very responsive. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The kitchen is stocked up and the only thing not available is baking sheets but we bought some throw aways. The house is plentiful with bathroom and pool towels and a convenient laundry room to keep the light packers in clothes! The pool is fantastic and our family had fun in the movie room. It was a unanimous vote that we would rent here again.

Perfect for family togethetness!

There were 16 of us ages &0-25. Everyone had their own room and only one had to share a bathroom! When not at the Parks we hung out at the pool or the roomy outdoor patio space. Lots of chairs outside. Lots of room inside. We all had a blast . The only. Negative and it’s not really bad. The kitchen was short on cooking supplies, only one pot holder and only one large bowl, one tiny fry pan. Other than that it was great. Everyone said the would rather be in a house the. In separate hotel rooms. Hostess is super responsive!

FAMILY THANKSGIVING

My family and I who lives in the USA and Bahamas decided to meet in Orlando to spend Thanksgiving together and we choose the perfect place. Not only was it adequate space but it allowed us space to prepare Bahamian food for our Thanksgiving Day feast which was so important to us. The property manager Paul was very accommodating if we requested anything extra and the owner responded promptly with any concerns. I didn't give it 5-star rating because the home theatre is awesome but there is no local cable, and it was a bit difficult for us to watch football games, but we found a way. We had an awesome time in the home and would rent again. That is saying a lot because my family like to nitpick as two of them own cleaning companies. Many thanks to the owners for allowing us to make lasting memories in their home.
