Great location

We liked the location in a quite part of PS near to many restaurants and shops. Great view of the pool and mountains from the balcony. Nice upgraded bathrooms.

Palm Springs Perfect location & stay

Great location close to all activities & restaurants in Palm Springs. The pool & hot tub steps away was awesome after hiking the beautiful parks around this picturesque valley. Host was quick to answer questions and passionate to please. Clean, kitchen stocked, soft towels, and excellent views.

The view that keeps on giving!

The view and proximity to the pool could not have been better and the south west exposure was delightful. The layout of the two bed Mesquite properties are great when you have a third party visitor

Excellent location

This property was very comfortable and close to everything. Beds were perfect and all necessary amenities were provided. The view of the mountains and proximity to the pool was great. Very peaceful and quite complex. Javier was very helpful and quick to respond. Great stay😎

Great Location

We've been to Palm Springs many times with this being our first stay at this condo; and the second for our family. The location is very convenient with easy access to shopping and excursions. The condo was clean and located next to one of the many pools, which were well-maintained salt pools. The complex is quiet, has covered parking and gated entry. Javi gave very clear arrival instructions and was very responsive to our communications. We'll be back!

Everything was great

Really enjoyed the whole living experience while at the property for ten days. The pool and jacuzzi were right outside our condo. While it was 100+ degrees every day of our visit, the condo had great air conditioning and was very cozy and fun to stay at. The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. The location is close to downtown and just around the corner from shopping center.

A Great Place to Unwind

This condo was a great LA getaway for me to go to unwind and release my tension from work. My partner and dog joined me for the two weekends that bookended my holiday. Although the pool just below the unit was under construction, there were two other pools nearby in the complex to enjoy. There was also a nice hiking path at the edge of Mesquite Country Club where my dog enjoyed watching rabbits, ground squirrels, roadrunners, and even a coyote. If the shops and restaurants of S Palm Canyon are what you’re looking for then they are only 1.5 miles away. In summary, It’s a very conveniently located place, but just far enough away from the hectic environment of downtown Palm Springs.

Best stay I’ve ever had!

WOW! This place is exceptionally clean and spacious. The location was so close to downtown Palm Springs and many other activities. All the amenities were wonderful as well. The pictures really don't do it justice. Javi was an exceptional host! He was helpful and accommodating through the booking process all the way until check out. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great place, great pool, 5 min to downtown

We had a great stay at Javi’s condo. The deck over looks the pool. The pool was nice and clean. The condo was clean and roomy for our family. There is a grocery store 2 min away and a park close by. Driving downtown takes about 5 min. Kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.
