Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I sincerely apologize for the aspects of the property that did not meet your expectations, particularly the concerns you raised about the couch comfort, the coffee maker overflowing, the condition of the blinds, and the enamel wear in the bathtub. While some of these items reflect normal wear over time, I take all guest feedback seriously and will be addressing these maintenance matters promptly to ensure future guests have a more comfortable experience. That said, I must address the significant damage discovered immediately following your departure. Upon receiving your message at checkout indicating that the bed was broken, I went to the property right away to personally inspect the issue. During that inspection — conducted the same day you vacated the property — I confirmed that the bed frame was indeed broken. In addition, I discovered that the side structure of the couch had also sustained damage. The couch damage was not mentioned in your message and was only identified during the post-checkout inspection. It is important to note that these issues were not reported at any point during your stay. Had I been informed when the damage was first noticed — particularly regarding the bed — I would have taken immediate action to assess and remedy the situation. Reporting the issue only upon checkout limited the opportunity to address it in real time. Following the inspection, I documented the damages thoroughly and have filed a formal damage claim in accordance with VRBO policies. The condition of both the bed and the couch after your stay clearly indicates damage beyond normal wear and tear. While I regret that certain aspects of the property did not meet your comfort standards, the structural damage to the furnishings occurred during your stay and remains the responsibility of the booking party under the rental agreement. I believe in maintaining transparency and professionalism in all guest interactions, and I trust this matter will be handled appropriately through the established resolution process. Hello Chris! In my profile I’ve mentioned about the bikes.. Yes, it’s available to rent.. I’m very clear with my instructions on the bikes.. I’m also available 24 /7 to answer any questions… I’m rather surprised after communicating with you several times you didn’t mention anything about the bikes , the TV nor the noises.. Due to COVID situation the screen door is not available and it’s also custom made.. We are waiting to find a solution to replace it as soon as possible… The TV in the guest room is not broken.. We are waiting for the handyman to be available to install it in the room.. You seemed to have been very happy with your stay when I reached out to you.. Judy, You didn't mention anything to me about how bothered you were of these issues you had experience. If it was something that you thought it was not to your standered you should've just asked and I would have been more than happy to send my cleaning crew to correct the supply issues. As for the toilet tissues we have experienced with the previous guests they have accessible disposed the toilet tissues in the stall and caused major pluming problems. Also, we've never had any issues with the wifi and at times I can not help if the remote battery dies. Sorry I couldn't keep you satisfied.. Thank you !
