Enjoy this recently refreshed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Central Palm Springs. Convenient to restaurants, shopping and other attractions in the area and about 4 minutes to the airport. This is an upper unit in a building with just eight units, four up and four down. Very clean, nicely appointed and updates throughout. Condo can be used as little as seven days or as long-term winter rental. Please note hotel tax is waived for stays longer than 28 days.

Great Get Away

This condo was just as described, but better. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Close to grocery shopping and small restaurants. BONUS, is that it backed up to a nature preserve that we would walk each morning and in the evening, we were able to watch all the wild life.

Great location - so well stocked with what you need!

We loved our stay here! There is a nature preserve right outside the door where I walked every morning. It's really close to downtown Palm Spring and all the fun things to do. Easy access to hiking trails. The pool and whirlpool are right across the parking area. Furniture and beds are comfortable and the hosts thought of everything including robes to wear to the pool, and the kitchen has everything you could need. It's outfitted like a luxury hotel. The buildings are older, but have been nicely kept up. Such a comfortable place, we just loved our stay here and the owners checked in to make sure everything was OK, but was not at all intrusive. Thanks so much!

We are John and George and we live in the Saugatuck/Douglas area of Michigan full-time. We are retired and travel quite frequently during the winter months and typically enjoy our Palm Springs condo during the shoulder months of the winter season. This allows us to travel the world and provides a nice place for our guests/friends to stay during the winter months.

We love the property and the Prescott Preserve that the back of our condo faces. The property is very well maintained and quiet!

この宿泊施設の特徴

The former golf course the condo complex sits on is in the process of being converted into a nature preserve. This allows for great views and a quiet space right outside the unit. It will only continue to get better and better! We have great views of the mountains too!
