A very relaxing condo in a quiet but convenient location. Super clean and tidy. Host was very supportive and helpful. Would happily stay here again.

Great location! Condo was ok but showed wear and tear. The condo complex was very quiet and parking was right at the bottom of the stairs. Unit could stand some plumbing upgrades but everything worked. We brought our own pillows, the ones in the condo were giant and not to our liking.

We enjoyed a week long stay at Grady’s property. It is centrally located in Palm Springs, close to shopping and restaurants and a short drive to downtown. Communication was excellent and Grady welcomed us and toured the unit on arrival. It was well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. While in an older property, the unit was large, clean, and updated with some great Palm Springs charm.

Great place- great location

This was a perfect place for my extended stay in Palm Springs. Neighborhood is lovely and quiet with access to walking trails. Clean and great location.

A great stay in Palm Springs

The condo was very clean, and well-appointed. The grounds at Mesquite are quite well maintained, and that includes the pool and hot tub. Highly recommend.

Great property for a great stay!

This was my second stay at this property and it was amazing! It is well located in Palm Springs, not far from Downtown and a block from restaurants and grocery stores. The property itself is great, spacious, clean, and the surroundings are quiet. One of the pools is just next to the building.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our stay. The property was quiet and relaxing. We liked how close we were to the pool. It would have been nice to have pool towels instead of having to use the bath towels.

Wonderful condo in a great neighborhood

This 2-bedroom upstairs condo is located in a great, very quiet, area, close to shopping, restaurants and downtown, and also close to the airport as well. One of the community pools is just downstairs, next to the building. The check-in and check-out were easy, thanks to Grady. Our stay was a blast, so we really recommend this property!

Loved the place, loved the convenience!

We found this property to be exactly like the listing. It was clean and easy to check in / out. The property manager was kind and very responsive to the few questions we had. We had to travel around to several locations while in town, and this property was convenient to everything we needed. Parking was easy and beds were comfortable. The kitchen, bathroom, and linens were all well-stocked and all worked perfectly. We look forward to coming back!

Love this complex

I have stayed in the Mesquite country club complex several times before this particular trip. I love it for the convenience to groceries, shopping, my friends who live in the area and ease of getting around whether it’s walking or ridesharing. Check-in was easy and our hosts Grady & Mel answered all of our questions prior to our arrival and everything went as planned. I was a little disappointed that there was no barbecue, beach towels, hair dryer and iron and ironing board… these are some of the amenities I was used to in previous stays at this location and for resort vacations I would think they would be basic items. We rented a car and getting to and from the airport and our complex was just so easy. It’s very central. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and if we were coming back to the US I would certainly choose this place again. Check out was also very easy and a great way to end a vacation.

Great location and nice place

Nice property close to downtown Palm Springs. Grady was very helpful and easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. Thermostat conked out during an unseasonably cold night and we woke up to a pretty cool condo the next morning. We let Grady know and he dropped off a couple of space heaters within a couple hours. Luckily we didn't need to use them as the weather warmed up after that. The complex once bordered on a golf course but in recent years that has slowly evolved into a nature preserve. There's still a lot of work to be done but it's a great place to take a quiet walk and one of the features we really like about staying here. Highly recommended.

Nice location and good condo except it needs serious updating

Our stay was uneventfull but we were seriously disappointed by the very poor condition of the floors and carpets. Sliding doors to patios are worn out and locks are broken. Ladies ran out of hot water in the showers. Shower head in master is too low for adults.

In response to this review. Our carpet is cleaned 4 times a year. There are no rips, tears, or stains only because we take extra care of the carpet. We are in the process of replacing it with vinyl flooring June 2024. The sliders have been fixed. As for hot water, there isn't an endless supply. The tank is a 40gallon tank and should be more than enough to supply a 2 bedroom condo unless water is being used recklessly. The shower head is where it always has been since the condo was built. You have limited headroom in the shower which means it can't go any higher.

Our trip to Palm Springs was made even better by our stay here. The condo was perfect: plenty of room to move around, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Communication with Grady and Mel was open and proactive throughout our visit. If you're looking for a quiet, spacious spot in a great location, this is it!
