The home is an unexpectedly peaceful bungalow, privately tucked away in the heart of downtown. Walkable to absolutely anywhere in SLC. 6 blocks from both the downtown city centre, and to University of Utah. 1.5 blocks from Trax (Red Line). Just 30-40 minutes to any of 8 ski areas. Walking distance to lots of night life, parks, art galleries, shopping, historical sites, even the mountains, Temple Square, Capitol, Public Library, close hospitals within minutes by car, and more. Walk to 5 grocery stores, fabulous restaurants, and nightly entertainment. Free off street & on-street parking for guests.

This property is the perfect distance to all possible forms of recreation in Salt Lake City, given its unexpectedly peaceful location, but still walkable proximity to the major attractions downtown. Just minutes and you're on the freeway to the mountains!
