We had a wonderful stay at the condo and resort. Loved having beach service for our stay. Julie was very helpful and responsive. It’s always hard to leave.

Wonderful stay & host! The condo was perfect for our long weekend! The beaches are beautiful and the condo has a really good restaurant on site and beach bar! We will definitely be back!

Great Quick Getaway

Everything was clean and the location was perfect. We could sitvon the patio and watch the kids play on the pool. The condo was clean and was as described. The restaurant in the resort was amazing!

Summer trip

Location was great, nice facilities, and the condo was great - loved the view, was clean and good size for our group of 5, with 3 kids ages 11-14. The elevators were slow and backed up at busy times. Otherwise it was a great trip and would stay again.

Perfect beach getaway!

This beach condo was the perfect location for a beach trip -- our family stayed here for a music festival within walking distance and I'm glad we chose this one!

Nice place close to the beach

Easy check-in - nice place close to the beach. Pictures were very reflective of the unit. Great communication with the host.

Family Vacation

This was a first family vacation to the beach with our two children. They are young so the location and proximity to the pool and beach were perfect. The property manager was super responsive and helpful.

Great place!

My family and I come to the Destin area every year. We really enjoyed staying here and in Miramar. Great location, and the owner was amazing! The condo was fully stocked in the kitchen with nice utensils and appliances which I appreciated very much. The back bedroom did get warm however the owners were happy to provide a fan which helped a lot. The owners were so very attentive and helpful! We would definitely come back and recommend!

Girls Trip

Overall the stay was great. There were some issues with the condo. Room with two beds stayed warm entire stay. Master room was freezing. Balcony door was very hard to open/close. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. I’d stay again

Great view, Great hostess, Great stay!

The view is actually better in person than a picture can do! You can hear the surf from the deck which was a pleasant surprise. I was concerned that pool noise might be a problem and it was not at all. Julie was an awesome hostess! Very accommodating and wonderful communication from the check in info sheet to ongoing response if I had any questions. This condo is in a perfect location and the walk bridge over the road to the beach is a fantastic perk! Easy access to the beach without having to deal with the traffic, you just walk straight across from the pool area and down the steps to the beach (If you don't get caught at the bar on the way) :) The condo is very well appointed with all we needed to have a great stay. We have rented on VRBO a lot over the years and this is one of the best kitchens we have run across. Not only dish ware, plate ware, glass ware etc., but also utensils-o-plenty and all the appliances you can imagine! So nice to be able to cook like you're at home! The onsite condo personnel are all very friendly and helpful as well. The condo furniture is comfortable and there's plenty of seating. I have not one complaint! Just an awesome stay! Thanks again Julie!!

Great place to enjoy the beach! Checking in was easy and just as described. The condo had plenty of space for our family of 5. It was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The host responded promptly to a few questions I had.

Perfect condo with Gorgeous View

Old resort complex

The owner was very apologetic and quick to answer texts. The property management really was terrible. When I complained about shower water going scaulding hot to very cold several times in a 5 min shower and in both bathrooms, also AC went to 74 during the night for 2 nights, and gate code to get to and from beach stopped working at 9pm so my kids got stuck in the beach, and the parking was full and nowhere to park 2 times, the security guard had to tell us where to park. Absolute craziness!!! What’s the point of the parking sticker?! I know the owners apologized and I don’t think it’s her fault. I think the building needs some major repairs!!! Will not be going back to this condo!! EVER!
