This is a 2BR/2BA condo with AWESOME VIEWS!!! Emerald green waters, sugar white sand beach, dolphins romping in the surf, sea oats, and the most majestic sunsets anywhere, they all are a part of what you can soon call home..

Unit 1405 offers a large master bedroom suite featuring an ocean view, balcony access, lighted walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom. This is a split floor plan....the secluded second bedroom suite offers an ocean view, balcony access, two full sized beds, flat screen TV, closet, and a full bath. Kitchen is fully equipped, just like a home!

The beautiful white sand of Miramar Beach (Destin) and the gorgeous waters of the Gulf are only steps away and offer as much or as little activity as you desire!

Our AWESOME condo is a 'NON-SMOKING/NON-PET' unit and OUR ASSOCIATION POLICY PROHIBITS RENTALS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS OLD.

We loved everything about our stay here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach was gorgeous and the sky bridge made it super convenient to get there. The beach service was awesome- so nice to have our chairs and umbrella waiting for us every day. The beach bar was great too. We would not hesitate to stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Although the views from our 14th floor were absolutely beautiful. Our host was very friendly!The condo itself needs extreme updating and cleaning. The building itself kept the place immaculate. We were not informed that the swimming pool was closed and we never were able to use it during our stay. Nor did we receive any type of credit for this inconvenience. If you have asthma, this is not the place for you. I came down with severe asthma attack while staying there. I wish I could give a better review. This was our first snow bird experience. Love the location

Hi, I was surprised to hear that you felt the condo was in need of cleaning as you did not mention that to me during your stay of 2 months. I checked in on you several times and kept you updated re: the pool closure. As I had explained, the pool was to be opened Jan. 1, but there were unfortunate delays which were out of our control as the building is in charge of the common areas and amenities. We manage quite a few units in this building and none of our other snowbirds requested any compensation for the pool being closed during the winter. We are happy to report that the pool is open and guests are enjoying it.

Early Birthday Trip

We enjoyed our stay. The kids especially. I loved the in house restaurant and beach access. I dont do lizards and did not see one on this trip. The views were fantastic.

Enjoyed our stay

Comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shopping. Great view and liked having beach access directly across the street. Property manager was accommodating in letting us know that the condo was ready for early check-in. We would stay here again.

The view was great of the morning sunrise and the Gulf!

The kitchen was well equipped. Great shower, plenty of pillows and mattress was comfortable. We felt this unit was a good value for the money. Would stay here again.

Amazing view of the beach!

Our experience with the owners were nothing short of amazing! Very responsive and checked in on us via text to make sure our stay was going well. The place was nice and clean with plenty of room. We definitely will stay again!! Highly recommend.

Beautiful condo

Condo was great, clean, amazing view and property. The only suggestion I have is to update the televisions and there are a few maintenance issues but they are minor and we really loved our stay.

Property is a little older but well-maintained. Most beautiful beach views with easy access across the street to the beach. Unit was large and furniture was comfortable. Will book here again!
