Goede woning maar te duur voor wat het is. En-suite badkamer niet bruikbaar wegens zware geurhinder. Algemeen: verouderd. Stopcontact bij eetplaats defect. Vuil tafellinnen en badmatje: in coronatijden zou alles kraaknet moeten zijn. Goedkope/verouderde inrichting. Vrij drukke baan.

Fab Family Holiday

Four adults and Three Kids in our Party and the House had everything we required. Air-con was essential and worked well. Lovely Swimming Pool. Sun Loungers for everyone. Good Washing Machine and Dishwasher. Well equipped kitchen. Fridge space could maybe be better for Group of Seven persons needs. Very Peaceful and Quiet at Night. We enjoyed walking up to shops most days for Bread and to have a coffee and lovely OJ. 10 Mins Max by car from massive Carrefour. Great Beach at SAN Juan only 20 Mins Max away. 20 Mins to Alicante by Car. Pizzas were great from Italian Restaurant up by wee supermarket, as was Mama Mia and Wine O’clock and La Perla. Busot Caves were definitely worth a visit. All in all a great place to stay.

Family holiday

It was a nice villa with enough bedrooms and equipment for our family of 10 but we felt it was a bit tired and in need of some tlc and there wasnt enough room or chairs round the table inside or outside to seat 10 people all at once. The en suite bathroom upstairs smelt badly of drains and we had to constantly put bleach down the plug holes to try and get rid of it. We had a lovely holiday at the villa but felt a few improvements could be made to make it better.

A bit tired and not sure how you’d feed 10 people as there isn’t a big enough table or enough cutlery/ glasses etc but the villa is nice overall and the pool and views are lovely

Beautiful house, brilliant pool and lovely golf

House was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool was huge and the view was lovely. We stayed with 6 family members and all of us enjoyed it. It’s a bit remote so a car is necessary for shopping trips and eating out and going to the beach. El Campello is a nice little town and has a lovely beach, it’s 10 minutes in the car and worth a visit, it also has a Lidl and Mercodona for food shopping, there’s also a massive Carrefore supermarket, Burger Kind and McDonald’s within a 10 min drive.

Great family villa

Villa Bonalba is a fantastic villa for a family holiday. All the rooms are spacious and the pool a fantastic size. We stayed along with another family so there were 10 of us in total and we had a great time. In terms of the location you do need a car as there are no real facilities within walking distance, but only a short drive to a huge supermarket and the nearest town with a great beach and restaurants. The management company were responsive to any small issues we had and they, in general, were resolved very quickly. The only ongoing issue we did have was with the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The weather was extremely hot and the air con, it seemed, could not cope so we did have a few hot nights. All in all though a fab villa for a family holiday.

Spoiled holidays. Not recommended

The house is badly maintained. Several time we had electricity cuts off. Two days there was no hot water. During the rain many rooms were flooded by water from the roof. The water on the balcony stayed for several days. Additionally, the owner was very slow with the return of the deposit and did not respond to our reminders. We received it back only with the assistance of VRBO.

Bonjour, Nous avons passé de très bonne vacance, la maison et spacieuse et bien équipée, Jolie décoration. De très jolie chambre. La piscine et très jolie avec ces beaux palmier. La maison et dans un quartier calme et très agréable. Bonalba et ces environs sont magnifique. C'est avec plaisir que nous retournerons à Bonalba. :) sonia. B

Arriving in 2001 we traveled the entire area of Costa Blanca searching for luxury villas, and were pleased to find Villa Ramblas situated on Las Ramblas Golf Resort and Villa Bonalba, off plan located in the Campo de Golf Bonalba, in Alicante.

The villa is very secure, with private parking behind lockable roller gate at the front. The villa is entirely surrounded by its own gardens, with two balconies overlooking the 15th green and the villa pool side. This is a front line golf villa in an elevated position and boasts fabulous views over the golf course. There is a large private pool a large gas BBQ and plenty of outside seating for relaxing and dining.

The luxury villa is tastefully decorated and just about everything is provided to ensure you will really feel "at home" during your stay. One of the unique features of this villa is the amount of space dedicated to providing a range of outside areas to relax in: You can sunbathe around the pool,sit on the shady lower terrace, take the sun on the upper terrace.

Relax at the viewing table, and watch a few players competing at the 15th green of Bonalba golf course with views directly unto the golf course from this outstanding garden location.

There is a fantastic outdoor dining area, leading directly from both the kitchen and lounge dining areas.

From the hallway you can access a beautiful kitchen with marble slate working surfaces, containing a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and hob. Inside you will find tasteful, good quality furnishings within a spacious setting.

All floors are laid with beautiful local marble with the lounge area containing twin sofas, an indoor dining area, Satellite TV, free wifi and DVD player. This luxury villa has 5 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms with built in wardrobes, 2 bedrooms with an outside balcony for sunbathing or relaxing with a fabulous view of the golf course and sea.
