4つのベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあり、家族全員が1つの屋根の下で過ごすことができます。

キングベッド、大型フラットスクリーンテレビ、専用バスルームを備えた2階にある大きなマスタースイートがあります。 キングベッドとフラットスクリーンテレビを備えた追加のマスタースイートが階下にあります。

また、階下には追加のバスルーム、クイーンベッドのある独立したベッドルーム、キッズルームがあります。 キッズルームには、クイーンベッド、2段ベッド2台、テレビ、プレイステーション3、Netflixアクセスが含まれます。

Great Beach Week

This house was just right for our family. Our grown children had their own space and we still had adequate common spaces. The owner happily purchased a Keurig coffee maker to accommodate us!! We all felt at home!

Butler Beach

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The location was excellent for us. Basic needs were supplied which was awesome...trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper...very much appreciated that these things were available to us. Communication was wonderful and very helpful with the worry that the hurricane would impact our trip. Nolan was great to rent from and we would absolutely stay here again.

Great place and great communication.

This property was well maintained and exactly as described. A few small issues came up but Nolan was quick to respond and to help. Just a quick walk to beach access. We had a group of 9 and we had plenty of room for everyone.

Family vaca

We had a great spring break trip! The house was amazing! Clean, and was able to get in without any issues! The weather was chilly, so the heated pool saved our trip! The owner was amazing and recommended places near by. He was also very prompt in responding to any messages or questions I had! We can’t wait to go back, when it’s hopefully warmer!

Beach Week

This was our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the first as we noticed some updates. Plenty of room for our family and the room with bunk beds is perfect for the kids. The house is a very short walk to the beach. Loved the addition of the lights under the deck/above the pool for evening swims. The house was clean and fully stocked with kitchen supplies and towels. Communication with Nolan is great.

Great Week!

The house was as described and was nice and clean. The layout was great for our family. My boys loved the room with bunk beds and they had plenty of space. Very short walk to the beach. We enjoyed having the pool and being able to use it when it rained since the deck covers it. Washer and dryer was also a huge bonus. Nolan was easy to work with and quick to respond. Looking forward to returning next year.

Great Location BUT Issues with House

The location and view from the house was great, especially the fireworks on the 4th. The rest of the house was mediocre and much less than we expected considering the cost. The rug in front of the sofa was a trip hazard and when we moved it to straighten it, there was enough sand to make a sandcastle plus dirty stains on the floor. The knob labels on the oven were missing, making it difficult to cook because you had to guess which knob did what and what the temperature setting was. The washing machine was disgusting on the inside and smelled like mildew/mold. The dryer left black marks/streaks on clothing. The dishwasher and filter was completely covered with calcium buildup and grime, so we couldn't use it, and we hand washed all of the dishes and silverware before using because they had residue and filth on them. The lawn/landscaping was incredibly overgrown contributing to the significant mosquito population that infested the pool area at dusk and dawn. The grill was full of ashes and the trash can designated for ashes from the grill was so full so we couldn't empty the grill. The owner was absolutely disagreeable and blamed us for being picky about the issues/complaints. He indicated he intended to provide us with a refund for the cleaning fees, but then didn't follow through. He said we were "too particular and difficult renters" when he should have simply acknowledged responsibility for remedying the issues and assuring his commitment to his guest/customers experience.

I am hoping that anyone who managed to read Judy’s review will be able to see through her disturbing attempt to defame me and my home. In 5+ years of renting my home on VRBO, literally no other guest has ever left a 1 star review… I don’t offer this opinion lightly, but my belief is that Judy actually might be suffering from schizophrenia or some other form of mental illness. During her stay, Judy dramatically rearranged the furniture in the home, and also claimed that there was infestation of bed bugs. Being extremely disturbed by this claim, I offered to have an exterminator visit the home immediately. She of course refused this offer, and instead began sending additional deranged messages… Strangely, prior to her visit, Judy also attempted to extort me into mailing her a check to her for a perceived overpayment for the reservation. This might just be a scam of some type that she attempts with other vacation rental home owners, but I contacted Support and was just advised to simply disregard her request. Every single detail shared in her review is a complete fabrication. If you have any concerns that what Judy shared here is true, hoping you will just take the time to read any of the other reviews left by other guests. It is highly possible this review will be removed once VRBO has completed their investigation, but in the meantime, I can assure anyone interested in staying in my home that I am an extremely responsible and grateful host who takes great pride in providing my guests with a wonderful vacation experience! For perspective, the guest who stayed immediately prior to Judy was a returning guest who left a 5 star review. None of the claims made by Judy have been raised by any other guests to date. If you are in need of a pristinely clean home right near the beach to enjoy with your family, I would love to host you! Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions at all :)

Great Location, Older Home, did not meet our expectations

Our family had a great trip. The St Augustine Beach was beautiful I was blown away by the beauty. When we arrived we didn't have any check in information so it took us a bit to get in the house. The house felt like it was lived in and was not properly cleaned. There was dog poop on the carpet in the living room that was there before the dogs ever showed up and was found by our child which was disgusting. The landscaping needs work so it doesn't feel like we were walking through a jungle to get to the pool. We didn't use the grill because it was not a well kept space. The king bed downstairs was like laying on plywood, very firm and no comfort. The AC did not go below 72 so upstairs was very warm. And the parking because the landscaping was not well kept, it was difficult to park. One of the branches scratched one of our rims and there were ants that were crawling in all of our cars because the branches were everywhere hanging on our car. The walk to the beach is super close and we really enjoyed the beach!! But we probably wouldn't stay at this location again

We stayed here for vacation with our family. The house was a perfect location to the beach and St. Augustine downtown just 15-20 min drive or Uber. Kid friendly. We all had a great time!

Great beach getaway

The house is clean and spacious. 3 min walk to the beach, great plunge pool for cooling off or floating. It’s heated so great for winter months. We spent most of our time sitting on the covered deck out back. Great shade and breezes. Wonderful place!

Great Butler Beach House

Such a great stay at Butler Beach. Nolan was an excellent host. The house was well furnished with all our needs. A block from the beach made beach access a breeze. The pool was an added bonus, that everyone enjoyed.

Perfect for a beach getaway.

We had 2 families staying together this week. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or be together comfortably. We loved sitting on the porches and playing in the pool. The walk to the beach took about 3 minutes, but my husband chose to drive to the beach so we didn’t have to haul our beach gear through the sand. Butler Beach was absolutely perfect! Soft sand and a wide beach great for biking or walking. And, even on the weekends it wasn’t crowded. The neighborhood was quiet. I enjoyed walking our dogs each day. There was very little traffic, so it was perfect for walking or bike riding. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Our Stay

We loved staying at this house. All of the space helped our two families have plenty of privacy and relaxing fun. The pool was a great accommodation to have with our kids. They loved the LED lights at night. The beach was a quick walk away and we have no trouble finding a place to crash for the day. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to order carry out, make breakfasts and cook a meal. The house was pretty clean when we arrived and had all the things we needed to tidy up during our stay. Our only complaint would be that the trash cans kept getting knocked over every night(maybe some kind of critter) and we had to clean up the mess each morning. We loved our stay and would definitely be back!

Great weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay at the home. The proximity to the beach was great and we truly enjoyed both decks enjoying sunsets and sunrises. The pool was great and heated which was perfect as the temperature was unusually cool. Nolan was always extremely responsive anytime we had any questions.

With so much space under one roof, you can really enjoy having a larger group all together with out feel crowded or on top of one another.. The general lay out of the home, the pool, sunning terrace and short walk to the beach.. you really do have everything you need to enjoy a wonder vacation :)

この宿泊施設の特徴

Both of the porches are located on the second story and provide stunning views.. Partial ocean views from the front porch, and incredible sunset views in the evening from the back porch. The front porch is a great place to enjoy the refreshing and clean beach air and listen to the ocean. The back porch is very large and covered by the roof, complete with multiple ceiling fans and couches.

The pool has a very unique and convenient lay out. It is completely covered by the upstairs porch/roof, so you can even go swimming when it rains!

The sunning terrace is truly perfect for working on your tan, complete with 4 adjustable lounge chairs.

The kitchen is very large and a great gathering place. It is an open kitchen located next to the main living room.

Meals can be enjoyed from the very large farm style table located in dinning area next to the kitchen. The front porch also provides a large table and multiple chairs if you wish to eat/gather outside any enjoy the beach air.
