Great apartment and location

Great Spring Break Getaway

Beautiful property located in a great neighborhood in Montreal. Visited with my family to explore Montreal for the first time. Very clean, spacious and well appointed. Parking was very manageable with a reasonably priced lot right down the street. Easy to access local metro stations. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops all within a quick walk. Inside is extremely quiet considering being on a busy street. Property manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Large, comfortable apartment close to shops and restaurants

One of the best VRBOs we have stayed in, the property was very clean, comfortably furnished and quiet. The layout of the rooms provided privacy for each guest. We started each day with wonderful croissants from nearby coffee shops, and enjoyed the proximity to public transportation and Mont Royal park. We plan to return.

a fabulous property!

We LOVE this property! It was perfect for our family, and the neighborhood is ideal. Close to shops, subway, lots of restaurants, right in the heart of the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean, we loved how well-stocked it was, and the host was responsive. We highly recommend this property - it really made our stay in Montreal very special and was a great place to rest after our busy days exploring. Can't wait to book here again for our next visit.

Time with friends

The perfect spot for a getaway with friends! The accommodations were spacious and very conducive to hanging out as a group. The kitchen was beautiful and very well appointed. The coffee and cookies were much appreciated. Bedrooms with ensuites were perfect. The location was amazing. Our host was very responsive and the restaurant listings she shared were very helpful. We look forward to a return visit!

Great apartment

The apartment is very stylish and clean. Great attention to details since you can find pretty much everything you need and feel right at home. We needed a few extra things since we were a large group and the host was very responsive and got them to us quickly. Location of the apartment was great and we could walk to many places. It was also close to the metro station so getting around to attractions was Very easy. Overall everyone had a great experience.

Contemporary in Montreal

Place was very nice, lots of room and amenities. Neighbors were loud and music from the street goes on until 3 am so you must love to dance and not mind the noise. The architecture is old style Montreal so steps outside and inside up to this lovely flat are steep - great exercise. Lots of restaurants close by and groceries on the corner. Enjoy Montreal!

Perfect location, great for a family of 6!

This was an ideal location for a week in Montreal - situated on Rue St. Denis, near 2 metro stations and a short walk from 2 large parks. The place was adorable, nicely updated, well-furnished, clean and perfect for our family of 6. Our host communicated promptly. We appreciated the many little details (ie. kitchen, laundry, tea/coffee/cookies, extra towels, hair dryers/cotton balls/razors, etc) included. Within a stone's throw in every direction, there were lovely restaurants, vintage shops, bakeries, unique stores, vibrant nightlife - we highly recommend!

Christmas in Montreal

We had a wonderful stay at Plateau Mont Royal over the Christmas weekend. The apartment had everything we needed for the 6 of us. Very new and modern. Annie was a terrific host. Answered questions before the trip and during it. Sent links of great restaurants and bakeries, which was all walkable from the apartment. The rest of Montreal is a quick Uber ride away. Long term parking was inexpensive and easy in a lot close by, suggested again by Annie. I would highly recommend staying at Plateau Mont Royal.

Clean, bright and cozy in heart of lively neighborhood

My 6 friends and I came to Montreal to celebrate our 50th bdays and were very comfortable at this apt. It is very well laid out and stocked with supplies & linens and local snacks better than any other Vrbo I’ve stayed at. Lots of places to eat right outside the door, and metro to Old Montreal is a quick walk. Check in was very clear and easy. One downside is that our car was stolen the first night we were in Montreal from one of the parking lots recommended by our host. While we don’t hold them accountable at all, we hope they will not recommend this lot in the future. Caveat: car theft is a big problem in Montreal these days; if we’d known that we would have parked at the more secure lot down the street.

Space, comfort, location… what could be better!

This 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment is spacious with comfortable beds & a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is well decorated with functional and comfortable furniture and good lighting. We especially enjoyed the sketches of Montreal scenes hung throughout the apartment. Host Annie was very responsive when we were in need of a corkscrew which seemed to be missing from the kitchen. Both the corkscrew and a bottle of wine appeared outside our door the next day. The accommodation was perfect for three couples, and the location on Rue Saint-Denis excellent for where we wanted to go. We found a handy grocery store nearby, wonderful pastries and coffee at the Toledo Cafe & a great stand with fresh produce near the Mont Royal metro stop. Onze on the ground floor by the apartment was a fun little shop for women with quality clothes and accessories and creative window displays. The parking challenge is the only downside with this rental. We parked quite a distance away and spent time every day returning to the car to pay for an additional ticket as the lot permitted 24-hour parking only. The Mont Royal metro stop is walkable though and once finding a spot, we left the car parked and traveled everywhere on Montreal’s clean, safe & efficient metro or by Uber. I highly recommend Annie’s place in Montreal! Wish we had more days there…

Location!

Our family of five had plenty of space to spread out. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect to restaurants and metro. We would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great time at the apartment. Check in and out was easy (the hosts were kind enough to let us check in early), and the neighborhood was so nice—walking distance to a ton of restaurants/shops—and a quick drive to anywhere else in town.
