Great stay in Fabron, Nice

Warm welcome by the landlady. She was also very helpful when we settled the first days. Great location, short walking distance to the beaches.The apartment was easy accesable from the airport by tram. The apartment itself were well equipped for five peopleWe also had a nice terrace which we used a lot, mainly in the afternoonIt was very hot the first of the two weeks we stayed there. The AC was well appreciatedWhen we left early in the morning on departure day, the landlady met us with a huge smile and sent us off with a very smiling and great attitude. A great stay from beginning to end

De l’appartement, situé au sixième étage on a une très belle vue. Situé à quatre minutes du tramway, cinq minutes de la plage on peut tout faire à pied. L’appartement est confortable bien équipé et l’accueil est très chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. On conseille vivement

Sehr schönes und ausgestattetes Apartment

Das Apartment in Nizza hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar, mit einer Tramhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, was die Erkundung der Stadt unglaublich einfach macht. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war hervorragend – es gibt alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht, einschließlich Klimaanlage und Waschmaschine, was besonders praktisch war. Das Apartment war bei unserer Ankunft sauber und gut gepflegt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Vermieterin, die sehr nett und hilfsbereit war, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich definitiv weiterempfehlen würde!

Vacances en famille

L’appartement est top, correspond bien à la description de l’annonce. Très bien équipé comme indiqué, machine à laver, les serviettes et drap de plage à dispo et même des nattes de plage qui nous ont beaucoup servis. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Assia, elle a été présente en cas de besoin et elle a même retrouvé le doudou de mon fils le jour du départ, on a pu le récupérer 😊 Et un autre point positif de l’appartement, il est très bien situé, non loin de la plage, nous avons une très belle vue. Il est aussi proche du tram, c’est pratique pour aller visiter la vieille ville.

Awesome 6th floor view from balcony.

We had a great vacation renting this unit. Very convenient and safe area. You are seconds from the Tram, Promenade des Anglais board/beach walk, buses, convenient store, grocery stores, bakeries. With a weekly tram/bus pass for 20€ this location is also within minutes to everything else in Nice. Spacious rental that has everything you need for a vacation stay. We were greeted by Sarah’s mom and a bottle of wine and orange juice. Very nice touch. Well worth the money and we would rent this unit again if ever we are back in Nice. You do hear some noise from the street but it is to be expected almost anywhere close to the main streets in Nice, this did not bother us one bit. This is a Very Great rental above and beyond other types of similar rental units.

Wonderful host; spacious and clean apartment

We had a great stay; the host (or rather her mother:) are very welcoming. The apartment was clean. A great plus was that the host provides various beach accessories like towels, bags, chairs, mats and pool noodles! The location is very close to the beach (you can see the beach and the promenade from the balcony) but there also is a gas station/car wash right in front of the balcony so it can get noisy. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is that although the apartment is right by the promenade, it is quite far from the center of Nice. It takes about 45-50 min to walk to the center on the promenade. Lime bikes are available and shorten the time to about 15 min. The area of the apartment is not touristy - no pretty cafes or shops in the vicinity. But there is a convenient market and bakery very close by.

Wohnung ist so wie beschrieben. Es für alles gesorgt, sogar Strandutensilien.wie Badetücher, Sonnenschirm und gepolsterte Strandmatten. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich.hilfreich und liebenswert. Ist manchmal durch den Verkehr laut, hat uns aber nicht sehr gestört.Wir würden die Wohnung wieder anmieten.

Geräumige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Promenade. Geschäfte und Imbisse/kleine Restaurants sind in der Nähe zahlreich vorhanden und sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Zentrum bzw. der Altstadt sind es aber 2-3 km, weil die Wohnung sich im Westen befindet. Eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Mit dieser kommt man auch problemlos ins Zentrum, falls man nicht ca. 45 Minuten zu Fuß laufen möchte. Einziger Nachteil ist, dass das Haus an einer belebten Straße und direkt an der Straßenbahnlinie steht. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich auch eine gut besuchte Tankstelle. Daher ist bis spät Abends und auch schon am frühen Morgen Verkehrslärm zu hören. Uns hat es nicht wirklich gestört. Wer es lieber ruhig mag, ist dort allerdings falsch.

Meerblick mit Komfort

Die Wohnung ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Es gab einen gemeinsamen Rundgang mit der super sympathischen Vermieterin durch die Wohnung. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Alle erdenklichen Utensilien des täglichen Bedarfs waren vorhanden. Sogar Utensilien für den Strand wie zum Beispiel Badetücher, Sonnenschirm, Schwimmnudeln etc. Die Wohnung ist auf einem aktuellen Stand, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Den Strand erreicht man in 2 Minuten, die Straßenbahn, Fahrradverleih und Geschäfte sind ebenfalls vor der Tür. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
