I’m sorry our responses before your arrival were slow — that’s not the level of service we aim for, and we’re reviewing our messaging procedures to improve turnaround. I also apologize for the hot water running out; we’ll have our maintenance team evaluate the water‑heater capacity for an 8‑guest occupancy and will update the listing and guest instructions in the meantime (staggering showers, etc.) to help avoid this issue.
