The property is precisely as advertised… What you don’t know from the listing is that Nick was an amazing host. It’s hard to be the client in the vacation rental and I suspect it’s hard to be the host as well but Nick made it feel more like I was renting from an old college buddy and he really cared whether we were happy staying in his beach house.

Perfect location!

Property was in a great location! The beach is just outside your back door!! Very spacious and clean! Any amenities that we needed were provided… very happy with this stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, with an absolutely stunning ocean and beach view. The balcony was a highlight. We loved the seating out there for relaxing and taking in the scenery. The location was perfect, and the unit had all the amenities we could possibly need. Communication with the host was easy, and the instruction manual was clear and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

Very great views and the location was great. Lamp shades were dusty and a few other furniture pieces that caused my allergies to flare, but the rest of the home was clean.

Oceanfront Penthouse

Spacious and oceanfront. Right on the strand but up above all the hustle and bustle below. The view is beautiful. Property is easy access and parking, walking distance to the pier and all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Great view condo in Oceanside

This condo opens directly out onto the ocean with an unobstructed view over one of the most popular surf breaks. It’s an older building that’s been remodeled with all the modern touches. Very clean and well appointed. Very close walking distance to everything along the main strand. We had a great stay.
