Our wonderful housekeeper and reliable maintenance team live close by if an issue comes up. We provide very thorough Guest Welcome information with lots of helpful house & area information - please be sure to review to maximize your vacation experience.

In prime Manasota Key location, Blue Island Inn has spectacular water views of gorgeous Lemon Bay from our suites so you might never want to leave! Enjoy our cute “bay-front beach” right out back.

Picturesque Blind Pass Beach, Englewood Beach, Free Beach Yoga, 5 restaurants & Tiki Bars are just 1.5 mile away or hop on Stumpy's Free Shuttle (tip based). Many of the popular local restaurants on the Key have live tropical music and great island vibe.


Guests have access to your waterfront studio with private entrance; 2 queen beds; kitchenette; new smart TV; bistro table set; bathroom; open air Patio set. Paradise Bay is located on first floor of Blue Island Inn (enter through French doors at center)
Enjoy the Inn’s common areas with lots of free amenities.

It is part of the popular Blue Island Inn on a quiet, safe, relaxing nice island street on Manasota Key. You will receive your own door code - along with the vacation villa address - to your entrance door which work on your dates, so you don't need to worry about keys! Super easy!

Car rentals are the best, easiest, most reasonably priced way to get to and from Manasota key.
Our guests often like to use Stumpy's Free Ride - a tip-based shuttle service to get around easily on the Key.

Wonderful Location!

Property was amazing! When walking in the door we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was for the price. Spotless and “homey” with a fresh, clean smell. We were only a few minutes from several different beaches which was a plus! Would definitely stay here again!

The a/c was nice and cool, the room was clean. We were there for the boat races (my husband was racing) and the location was great. I took a beach chair and a couple beach towels with me to the beach to watch the races. The bed was really comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen but it had everything we would have needed. Thank you so much!

Great location

We live in Florida and wanted a mini vacation away from home. This was the perfect place. We stayed in Paradise Bay. Short walk to a beautiful beach. Doc right out back for fishing. Place is very well kept. We will be hopefully vacationing here again soon.

Perfect spot

My mom and I booked a staycation here for her 60th birthday. The house is perfectly situated where you get the beautiful views of Lemon Bay and then a quick 5-7min walk to the beach. The common areas (pool, dock, etc) were great. The suite itself was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and comfy. The host was great at communicating. Will definitely be back!

Weekend getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay, it was beautiful, very well stocked with anything needed and more! Check in was very easy! Great view looking out over the pool and bay, and very short walk to the beautiful beach! Would definitely recommend this little piece of paradise and stay there again!

My favorite memories growing up are of family Beach Vacations visiting my grandparents in Sunny Florida and spending time with my cousins building Sandcastles and jumping in the waves. Many years later I have my dream job of providing dream Florida vacations for families around the world. I simply LOVE hosting!

With absolutely breathtaking views of Lemon Bay, Blue Island Inn is a dream come true for me and I want to share this natural wonderland with others. I love dolphins and Manatee and somehow they are attracted to the estuary of lemon Bay in our backyard!! You can kick back and take in the extraordinary water views at our sandy “Bay Beach” right out back or there are numerous activities to enjoy on gorgeous Manasota key! Blue Island Inn offers villas in various sizes. Island oasis is our most spacious one king bedroom villa with stunning water views. Our interior designer especially created “Island Oasis” with all new furnishings and beautiful accents to highlight the amazing water views. We are very well equipped and we have top-notch cleaners. Our team is friendly and we treat our guests like family!
We have more than a decade in caring hospitality experience and it is our absolute pleasure to host you and your family.
