Clean, nicely furnished, always felt safe. Very convienent location for things on the north end of LA (Warner Bros, Griffith, Hollywood, etc)Very hard to find initially. Its behind another house so would be very helpful to know that address as its the easiest to see from the street.

We had a great stay. Cori was a great host. We appreciated all of the amenities, especially the washer and dryer! The place was perfect for our ur group of four. We were close to Universal Studios which worked out great for our trip. Only con was that it was hard to find when we originally arrived as it was dark out. The building is behind another and not clearly visible from the street.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed over the Christmas holiday. The apartment is very convenient to the greater LA area, all the accommodations are comfortable. For a family of seniors and adult children it was ideal.

We loved everything about it! Everything we needed was there when we checked in - laundry detergent, dryer sheets, stain remover, coffee, shampoo, conditioner...literally everything!

The home was super clean, easy to get to, and Cari is very accommodating and responds very quickly! We came to visit Universal Studios and the home was only a 5 minute drive! My husband said he would recommend this home to everyone! I concur!

Absolutely fabulous!

We were fortunate enough to spend five nights at this incredible North Hollywood / Toluca Lake property — and could not have been more pleased with the experience! Our family of five felt instantly at home in this beautifully decorated and appointed two bed, two full bath condo tucked back off a quiet, residential street in LA (with convenient and ample parking available the entire stay). Cari, the property manager, was welcoming, friendly, and prompt in all of our communications. We felt very ‘taken care of’ while we were there — with the little extras available to us from the start (basic toiletries, plentiful linens, and a full washer / dryer - with products available for use!). We will absolutely stay here again at this absolutely fabulous ‘Tinsel Town’ property!! Thank you, Cari!! Missing it already!

Really nice, well-maintained, clean property with comfortable furniture and updated amenities. The host was friendly and quickly responded to all my messages, before and during our visit. We have family in the neighborhood and will definitely stay here again!The only suggestion I have is around the check-in instructions, which were very detailed, but we arrived at night and initially had difficulty finding the address/correct gate. It would be helpful to add details to the check-in instructions describing which gate to look for.
