Best place yet!

Could not be more impressed by the house, the location, or the amazing customer service. We have stayed in hundreds of short term rentals all over the world and the Sandpiper team totally blew us away. The house is way better than the pictures, it’s right near the main pool area, has beach toys and an outdoor shower. We loved grilling on one of the many patios. There’s a cute pond in the back and the kids loved riding their bikes around the cul de sac. Golf cart was perfect for our family of 5. It was so easy to find, communicate with Sandpiper, arrange an extra day and early check out. Totally recommend!

Perfect family stay

We loved everything about our fall break stay at Crossvine. It was not only clean & beautifully decorated but was so spacious & comfortable with space for all to have their own area. We also loved all the porch space with comfortable seating to enjoy the surrounding peace & quiet of nature. Having the golf cart was great to get to the Seaside food trucks & our kids rode bikes just about anywhere they wanted to go. Super short walk to pool with slide & bar & food at Camp watercolor & really nice bike ride or golf cart ride to watercolor main pools & beach. We also liked that this house is super close and around the corner from Publix. Would definitely recommend this house!

Family Vacation

We love visiting Watercolor and had a wonderful week. This property met most of our expectations. Location was perfect!!! Here's my one BIG complaint! One of the reasons I chose this property was because it offered a golf cart. One day before we were to arrive, we were told the golf cart was unusable due to the driver side seat being rusted and now deemed unsafe to drive. Rust like that doesn't happen overnight so it's unfortunate that both the mgmt company and the owner wouldn't keep tabs on the amenities offered with the property. The whole time we were there, the golf cart sat in the driveway and could've been picked up for repair so that the next family could enjoy it. Overall, we had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit to Watercolor.

Love Watercolor!!

The house is beautiful, kitchen has everything you need, and bedrooms are perfect. All the Watercolor amenities make it so much fun and tooling around in the golf cart is the best! Just wish the fire place had worked.

Family Thanksgiving

Perfect house for our Thanksgiving!! Kitchen was awesome, large and well stocked!! We loved the house, porches, golf cart and bikes!! Location was perfect for my two grandsons who walked daily to Camp Watercolor for basketball and playground!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful Home

This was a great house and location. My only complaint is the fact you have to buy your own toilet paper and paper towels . I still give it 5 stars because they communicate this very well. I just don't understand the logic of paying $7000.00 for a home and they can’t included those essentials. I think that is the difference between renting private party vs to property manager. We absolutely loved the house and the stay , just thought this was kind of ridiculous at this price point.

Great place to stay !

Great fall break

We stayed here four nights and it was lovely. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. There was plenty of room, as we had three families here. The bunk room was a hit for the kids. We also enjoyed all of the porches. Very convenient location to Publix and camp watercolor. Would definitely recommend!

Watercolors perfect!

We had a great time at this property! 6 adults and three grandchildren! Everyone loved it! Perfect location and loved the golf cart and bikes. Short walk to Camp Watercolor.

Beautiful house. Great location to Camp Watercolor

This house was perfect with a great location, beautiful porches and very close to Camp Watercolor. We had three couples and the kids in the bunk room. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect in Every Way!

This property was perfect in everyway! The house comes with 2 bikes and a 6 seater golf cart, which we used every day. The house is within walking distance of Camp Watercolor which has several pools, two waterslides, lifeguards, a playground, basketball court, and a soccer field. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen to make meals. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and blankets. My entire family was very comfortable and happy staying in this home.

Great place for 3 couples

This place was perfect for three couples attending the Singer Songwriter festival. Three comfortable bedrooms with king beds and separate bathrooms (one en suite, one with access from bedroom and downstairs hallway, and one that requires you to walk out of bedroom to access), large kitchen for entertaining, and perfect gathering space with fireplace for chillier nights. There is a bunk room that we didn't use, but it was well done. Because of the nature of the event, we did not elect to use the golf cart, but that would be a great option under other circumstances. Outdoor porches were a wonderful addition to the living space. Close to Publix and other shopping. A wonderful choice if you're looking for something in Watercolor.

Very nice and beautiful property

Overall this property was perfect for our family. The 3 kings beds/baths were wonderful! We also enjoyed having the extra room for babies. Steam shower is amazing! I do Wish I had known to bring things such as coffee filters, trash bags, dishwasher pods…even salt and pepper. It is a beautiful home but many of the linens and upholstery are showing lots of wear and tear. The fireplace screen or glass is missing so beware of small glass rocks and exposed pilot light for small children. We did not feel that the house was as clean as it should have been for the amount of the cleaning fee. . In spite of the few negatives, we really enjoyed our short stay!

We had a wonderful time. The home was beautiful... clean, very well decorated, and great common are.

Super experience. Golf cart had damaged upon our arrival and was uncomfortable with the lack of notification of this damage prior to our arrival. Left message on day of arrival and talked to property manager in 4.16. Stressful until manager gave liability clearance

What a beautiful home!

This beautiful beach house is close to everything! It also included a Gem Car which was a great amenity. The home was perfect for our group of 3 couples with the 3 King suites. I would definitely rent again.
