Great Destin Retreat

Our friends and family loved our stay in Destin in this beautiful home. Loved that it had 3 washer/dryer sets, sand shower near the boardwalk to rinse out sandy feet and a beautiful pool to relax in. Had a few minor issues, but the property manager saw to them quickly. Would definitely stay again!

Diamond in the Dunes vacation

Excellent property with all amenties included (suite bedrooms, fabulous bunk room, private pool, elevator, easy private beach access, beautiful living quarters, quality appliances/housewares, etc.). We would stay here again for any family Destin vacations.

Beauty by the Sea

My family had a fabulous time! The access to the beach was wonderful. The beds, linens and accommodations were 5 star. Our only complaint was the ice machine was located on the bottom floor, not in the kitchen.

Paradise by the Sea

Stunning property with private pool and exclusive entrance onto semi private beach. Very responsive management team that sends you a link to everything you need to know about the home and your stay. It is expensive but worth every penny. Highly recommend. You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful house right on the beach!

Beautiful home with easy beach access. Perfect for a corporate retreat. The number of Access codes were a bit challenging to navigate at first but then fine. Garage too small to fit 2 minivans. Elevator helpful yet reliability is concerning. Huge kitchen and eating space. Bedroom suites were above expectations!

Spring Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The property management team communicated well throughout our stay to ensure that everything was going well. Anytime there was an issue, they were very responsive in addressing them. The home itself was just as the pictures described and the home was well equipped with our vacation needs. The elevator was a bit tricky, but we were able to use it throughout the duration of our stay. Depending on the type of vehicles that you are traveling in, parking can be a bit tricky because the driveway is in an angle, but we were able to fit two 15 passenger vans in the driveway. Overall, we had a great stay and are looking forward to returning as soon as possible.

40th Anniversary with Family

This home was the perfect fit for our family of 18. I was a little stressed out with all the reviews about the pool alarm and the codes for all the doors and gates but it was a breeze. Also, thank goodness for the elevator! Everyone had it figured out in no time without issue. We didn’t get to use the bikes much (tires were flat). Great house though!

Summer Vacation

Really nice place. Elevator is untrustworthy. Finishing touches were weak. No towel bars or hooks. Curtain rods fell on the floor, stairwell spindles fell to the first floor creating a safety concern, gas smell in the basement. It just seems like the all the finish work was incomplete.

Very Nice Remodeled Beach House

We stayed here for 4 days. It was plenty big enough. There were only a few complaints. When we arrived we were unloading our van and got a call within 5 min that it was parked in the wrong spot. We hadn't even gotten all our luggage out yet. There are a lot of codes. One to get into neighborhood, one into house, one for garage. They aren't all in an easy place to refer to. The elevator in the house is confusing if/when it works. The alarm downstairs is annoying. I can see why it's important for little kids but we didn't have any little kids. The fridge squeaks like the door is too heavy. Aside from that- the location is amazing, the pool/hot tub were great, the house was clean. Everyone had a great time and we would definitely come back. I would still give this a 5 star rating!

Best Vacation EVER!

This home immaculate and in a perfect location. It was nice to have beach front access. We loved every detail about this home! It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Our family loved it so much we are already planning to book this home again for our next trip.

Perfect location on Miramar Beach

Our first home was unavailable one week from occupancy due to a water emergency, but we were fortunate this home was available. This is the perfect location on Miramar Beach in Destin. The proximity of the beach to the home is wonderful, with a beautiful porch and pool area. Beach set-up inclusive with the rental was great! The home is well appointed with ample bedrooms, baths and a delightful gourmet kitchen. The overall Tuscan style of the home include furnishings that are quite comfortable, if a bit heavy and wall colors are strong in some bedrooms/baths. The entrance and exit of the home required the code for both garage and door each time and a garage remote during weather would have been appreciated. There is also a pool protection alarm at all doors leading out to pool/porch... it must be touched every time you enter and exit, this was really bothersome ( it became a real irritant during our stay ) *we had no children under 16. It is not listed well in the information and had to be serviced during our stay once because it wouldn't silence and the master egress went off once at night despite no entry or exit at that area at all. Overall a really nice property, but I would not stay there again due to the alarm.
