Paradise perfection!!

Our family loved this unit at Beach Villas! Clean, comfortable, beautiful, great view, amenities galore! This was home-away-from-home for a fantastic week in a pristine location! The kitchen was well-equipped to meet all our needs! The beds were ideally comfortable with soft linens! Everything was well-maintained and when we had a need or a question, the management was quick to respond! Overall- fantastic!!

Absolutely Perfect!!!

This was our first visit to the Beach Villas! This unit was very clean and perfect for what our family needed!! The beds are super comfortable, as is all of the furniture inside and out. We were able to grill outside at the pool one night and invite the wedding party to share a meal with us…..plenty of room for everyone! Especially appreciated all the things needed for a baby- super helpful! We highly reccomend this unit and plan to return!

Spacious unit, amazing property, phenomenal location

We stayed here for over a week and it was a great experience. Having stayed at other units at the property, we knew that it was a phenomenal location and great service, staff for a great worry-free vacation. This unit far surpassed our other experiences, it was incredibly spacious in all rooms, and the unit's newer AC installation was very much appreciated by our entire party, especially our older guests. Interactions with the host, management, and staff were timely and seamless. The unit is the perfect space for a family vacation with a spacious kitchen, two parking spots, gorgeous views, new washer/dryer, and everything you could need for the perfect beach vacation. Definitely would stay again!

Excellent Location

From check-in to checkout, our experience here was fabulous. The staff was very accommodating, and the facility was well kept. My family really enjoyed themselves. The ocean view was spectacular, and the sunsets were breathtaking. I'm really happy that I was able to book outside of Waikiki. We definitely recommend spending your Hawaii vacation in this location.

Beautiful unit. Perfect getaway!

A group of 5 of us stayed here early August for 6 nights and we loved it. The 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and well equipped. We cooked most days in the well appointed kitchen and enjoyed meals on the large lanai which is perfectly situated, great views and nicely shaded in the heat of the day. Ko Olina beach villas resort has beautiful pools which were never crowded, there were amble lounge chairs available to relax on. We enjoyed time at the lagoon in front of the resort with beach chairs supplied in the unit. The paths in front of resorts are a nice way to explore the area and enjoy the ocean views. There’s a gym in the building also which was larger and better equipped than I expected. Costco is close by, as are a few restaurants, shops etc. Very convenient, relaxing spot away from the crowds of Honolulu. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!

7 nights with family of young adults

Great stay! Location is comforting, peaceful, and felt like home with all the needed amenities within walking distance. Property management was attentive to a minor needed repair. Atmosphere of the location is relaxing which we all preferred from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. We would definitely return!

Wonderful week on Oahu

Our family loved our stay in your Beach Villa Condo. The unit was what we expected, based on the photos that were provided on the listing. The view from the balcony was just wonderful. We loved all of the amenities that the Beach Villas at Ko Olina provided. We do have a few suggestions for the unit. The bathrooms need more hooks for hanging wet towels or bathing suits. Also, there was no full length mirror in the unit. That would have been helpful. Also, a magnified make-up mirror in at least one of the bathrooms would have been nice.

Great family vaca

Such a great family property. Easy check in, well appointed unit with everything we needed. Super comfortable beds, clean unit, beautiful views. Close to a Costco so we stocked up and enjoyed meals from the lanai. Pools are where our kids lived during our stay! And easy access to kid friendly bays. Highly recommend, thank you for a wonderful vacation:)

Beautiful stay

The unit was very nice! One of our favorite things about the unit was that the doors opened wide leading to the Lanai. Beautiful view of the ocean. When we first arrived we discovered an issue with the shower curtain. We were able to contact the property management immediately and it was taken care of in a very efficient satisfactory manner. We appreciated that it was taken care of so quickly. The staff at the front desk was there 24/7 and we were always greeted by happy smiles every-time we passed through the lobby. We loved our stay and enjoyed the fact that it wasn't overly crowded and we were able to always find seating around the pool area. Very easy access to the beach and beautiful walking path right along the ocean where we spent a lot of time. The unit was very well stocked with beach toys, beach toys, towels and anything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach! We will definitely stay again when we return to Hawaii.

Good overall experience for first time at Ko Olina

Overall we are satisfied with our stay at this condo. Some positives/negatives for future guests: Negatives: - Found tiny bugs in one of the twin beds - Broken tub drain in the twin bed bathroom - Appliances are supposedly "new" but I think they were really old (ie. convection oven took over 1 hr to preheat, and the dryer kept beeping due to the filter. It also took forever to dry just 3 towels) - There wasn't enough paper towels nor toilet paper for our stay (we stayed there for a week); we had to buy our own. - No hand soap in bathrooms, we had to buy our own. - Unsure of who to contact for issues (the host via VRBO or resort staff) Positives: + Nice view + Beach toys and boogie boards available for use + Space felt clean + Outdoor dining + Rice cooker + Resort amenities like the pool and gym Other feedback: Recommend updating appliances; they seem outdated or broken (oven and washer and dryer). Provide bigger tongs to use for bbq grill and just cooking. Take away the old printer and the little tables under the dining room tv. That area felt crowded. Remove to allow more space for the dining room table and chairs.

Amazing condo with beautiful view!

Our stay was perfect here! The rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living area were very clean and set up was nice for the 7 of us! We enjoyed the beach towels, chairs, and cooler that were provided as well. The lanie had comfortable table and chairs to enjoy the views while relaxing or eating. Any questions we had were answered in a timely fashion, and we would definitely visit again! The pool area and lagoon were perfect for relaxing after a day of sight seeing around the island. Mahalo!

Beautiful View

Thank you for the visit. The good: Beautiful view, great outside dining table, loved all of the beach accessories, nice sheets and great restaurants close buy. Lots of awesome walking paths along the lagoons. Many small appliances at your disposal. We noticed a lot of accessories for children (high chair, etc). Loved that a wagon was supplied also. Our suggestions: tile on shower floors could use deep cleaning. Inside dining table was not clean upon arrival. Oven and stove slow to heat up. Refrigerator leaked fluid for a couple days. The touchless faucet in the kitchen is nice, in theory, but is on a motion sensor so frequently turned on when we didn’t want it on. Dryer takes several cycles to dry. It would be great it a few more food storage items were available. Overall it was a great stay and a nice condo.

AMAZING!!!!

Our family has just returned from staying in this beautiful villa located in an amazing area. Everyone we came in contact with was extremely helpful. The home is just beautiful with everything that you could possibly need. We travel with two small children and did not need to bring anything with us. High-end condo

Great appliances, great lanai, great location. This condo was very nice, almost too nice for 18 months old. Although pack-and-plays and cribs were provided. Good tableware options for kiddos as well. Walkable to beach, golf, restaurants and shops. We were in Ko’Olina for 2 weeks without a car. We’ve stayed in the area many times. Would return to this condo.

Very accommodating with stunning view

If/when we vacation on Oahu again, Thu will be the 1st person I call for availability of this unit. Our family of 6, plus an infant, were welcomed with charm, and steadfast in accommodations. Clean unit, roomy, up to date, offering a beautiful quiet view of the "quiet" pool and ocean.

Amazing getaway for families

This rental was amazing, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms we were completely relaxed the entire time we were there. There was even a stroller, pack n play, and a wagon available for hauling all the towels and beach toys to the lagoon. We loved every aspect of our stay here. Parking was easy, (parking spot in the garage is close to elevators). My biggest advice if you come to stay here is to stock up on groceries. This rental has a full kitchen and There are not too many food options in the area (and for a family of five it can be expensive eating out daily) and I had a hard timing finding good options on DoorDash. Will be recommending this unit to family and plan on staying here for future stays!

Amazing Week!!!

Great condo that I would definitely stay at again. It is well maintained and equipped, has beautiful views, great lanai and overall very spacious for our group of 6 adults. Very friendly and helpful staff that made check in and check out a breeze. The property is well maintained, great pools, loved the lagoon area for hanging out at the beach and a fun tiki bar with live music Tuesday & Friday evening. Highly recommend this resort and unit!!!!

Excellent! Definitely will return!!

This was truly paradise! The entire venue was wonderful. Extremely clean and had everything we needed. From beach toys, to a toddler stool and potty seat, to pots and bland etc. Lynn was very responsive and kind. I noticed some of the properties had beach wagons and coolers. I asked Lynn if the home had them or if she could share where I could rent one. She went over and above and purchased the beach wagon and cooler the very next day! The staff at the beach villa were very friendly as well. I definitely will be returning to the beach villas the next time we come to Hawaii. Would highly recommend.
