Excellent Choice: Location and Amenities

Years ago, we lived on this side of the island (Kapolei). So, when we return, we like to stay at the Ko Olina Beach Villas. It has an excellent location and great amenities. We've stayed in B907 twice and would choose it again! Highly recommend the Mai Tai's at the property's bar, a chartered boat cruise at the near-by marina, and dinner at Longhi's and at Mina's Fish House.

Great condo on relaxing property

This condo unit was great for our multi-generational family of kids, parents and grandparents. The beds were very comfortable, the outdoor lanai was lovely. The living area and kitchen were enough space for all 8 of us and each bedroom had a tv when we wanted separate time. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The pool and beach lagoon were great for playing and relaxing. Communication with owner was prompt and attentive. I recommendations property!

Great villa!

We loved the villa and the location! The villa had everything we needed and plenty of space for our group. We really enjoyed the lanai with the beautiful views.

Best place to stay in Oahu

This was our second time out to Hawaii and one of the biggest reasons we decided to return was because of the Beach Villas at Ko Olina. They property and grounds are amazing. The staff onsite are wonderful and there is so much in walking distance from the resort from restaurants to shops to lagoon beaches. You really can’t beat it. We are already thinking about our next visit back!

Stunning!

The property and unit were stunningly beautiful. Everything you could need for a stay in paradise. One hiccup early in the stay and Jackie made things right immediately. We definitely hope to return. Great getaway for 3 couples.

Nicest property we’ve ever stayed in.

What an amazing vacation! The condo was exceptionally well stocked. There was nothing that was lacking. The kitchen even had more of everything than we have in our kitchen at home … especially appliances. Beach supplies were plentiful. The beds were heavenly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We’ve never stayed in a nicer place!

Fabulous

Owners are very quick to respond and easy to work with. Condo is beautiful and very comfortable. I appreciate the extras that this condo has such as, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs laundry soap to just name a few things. We have stayed in the Ko Olina beach villas over several years while visiting family on the Island and this is a unit I would rent again!!

Wonderful location!

This 9th floor penthouse had everything you could want for a vacation stay. The kitchen was well equipped, everything that you could reasonably expect and then some. There were many beach items available in the room for use and all furniture was in great condition and very comfortable. The in unit washer/dryer were utilized often. The views of the ocean and surrounding areas from the penthouse were amazing!

Beautiful unit in a great resort

We had a great visit here. The unit was in great shape with all the beds and furniture very nice and comfortable. The pools are nice and lots of fun. The bigger pool is pretty active with kids throughout the day but it never feels too packed. The quiet pool is very nice to just relax. The lagoon was our favorite place though, not at all crowded and really pretty. We enjoyed swimming there, seeing fish and the kids had a great time paddle boarding. This whole area is a special resort area and it really feels like it’s own special place. Getting to other parts of the island was easy but it was always nice to come back here. We would definitely stay here again.

An Awesome Experience

The Ko Olina Beach Vilas complex was great, and Beach Tower 907 was perfect for our family of three generations. What a great place to spend Christmas this year! Amenities for everyone, clean rooms, great furnishings, plenty of beach accessories for everyone, and one of the best stocked kitchens I've seen in rental condos. The location was quiet, yet provided easy access to all the attractions that brought us to Oahu...including the relaxation by the pool and lagoons. Jackie is a very courteous, responsive owner, and I appreciated my communications with her. Her on-site host Shane, as well as the Ko Olina staff were all friendly and helpful as well.

Perfect family stay!

Jackie's place was perfect for our 12 day family vacation! There was plenty of space for my parents, my sister, my 2 kids, my husband and myself. The space is clean, with good quality furniture. Our favorite part was sitting out on the lanai for morning coffee and in the evenings after dinner. The beach/lagoon is right outside the hotel gate...I didn't realize how close it was! It's incredibly beautiful and perfect for swimming. The closet is stocked with everything you need for the beach: plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, goggles, etc. We were able to easily walk to have a nice lunch at the Aulani Resort next door, as well as to a lovely sunset cocktail hour on the patio of the Four Seasons Resort (about a 10-15 min walk down the beach path). We used the poolside grill to make 3 of our dinners, which turned out perfectly. As for responsiveness, within a couple hours of me contacting Jackie about a clogged sink and a broken blind in one of the bedrooms, the maintenance crew came and took care of it, which was way faster than I was expecting! Overall we LOVED the place and will definitely stay here again!

Overall lovely condo, as described. Pools were well kept, nighly music was lovely, nice neighborhood and lagoon was lovely. The only negatives are the property management, not necessarily the owner. Lots of rules, too many to list. We actually got a call that our suv was "petruding" over white lines,lol. The car parking space was beyond tight and nearly impossible to get in and out of. Also, they would only provide our party of 6 with 5 keys, when i called and asked for one more got a lecture that tgey only can give 5, and had to get approval to give 6th key, and i would be charged 10 for said key. Not huge deal in grand scheme of things, front desk not particularly friendly or accommodating. But overall properties was very nice.actually list.

Great location and amenities

We had a wonderful time staying in this condo. It is well stocked for kids, beach equipment and toys. The view is amazing and my kids loved the pools, beach and daily feeding of the resort fish. The recommendations I have are to update the dishwasher. We followed all the rules and it still did not work great, so we ended up hand washing the whole time. I used the high chair and it was well used and a little dirty, but we used it anyway. It would be nice if it was cleaned better after use. The perfect set up for families and the location make it a place I would love to stay again. On top of the condo I also spent 2 days at the Disney resort. The room space and bed quality at the Aulani was not as good as the condo! But it was nice to have access to the neighbor resort for a change of pool scenery on a 9 night trip. I would choose the Ko Olina Beach Villas in the future.

Excellent all around. One suggestion.

The unit, location, amenities, etc all as advertised. I’m very familiar with the island and the area so I knew what to expect. The unit itself accommodated us perfectly, had everything we needed, and was simply great. Very clean as well. Overall a great trip and I would highly recommend. One caveat however- pool, hot tub areas. Maybe just the time of the year but the hot tubs (all of them) overrun with kids at all times. Would strongly suggest an age limit for the hot tubs and most certainly a diaper restriction. Once we saw the kid in a diaper in the tub, that was it for us. Never to venture in again on this trip. Made all of this known to on site staff. Again, great place and all was good but the lack of those hot tub rules was a small mark on an otherwise great vacation.

Nice place, but major annoyances

But the place was pretty, for sure. Unfortunately, there were several annoying things about this rental, mainly having to do with the rental management thru VRBO. First of all, the name of the condo unit was not put into the VRBO confirmation, and several people went to a different place. Why is it hard to include "BEACH Villas Condos" and the unit number in the email confirmation in my VRBO messages? The emails from the property managers were way too frequent and way too verbose. We were not given enough keys for all people in the condo. Then, we were charged for keys that were left on the counter after we checked out.

Fabulous Fourth in Ko Olina

Our family of seven...five adults, two children, ages 8 and 10 and a 1/2 had a most enjoyable stay at this lovely property. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted----big pots which we used for cooking pasta and a variety of blenders which were used for kids' smoothies. It was very helpful that numerous spices, seasonings, and cooking oils were provided which saved us from having to purchase a spice to be used only once. Also there was an abundant supply of dishes and glassware, including all-important wine glasses! In addition, to the well-stocked kitchen, there were beach chairs and kickboards and various water play items in one of the closets. These were a nice bonus. The villa is nicely decorated with comfortable seating in the living area; beds were also comfortable and the bedding was lovely. Also, excellent towels(something we all value!) Very tastefully done. Proximity to the pool area and the beach is wonderful and the view from the balcony/lanai is terrific. Speaking of terrific....on the Fourth of July we had ringside seats from the balcony for the fireworks which were set off near "our" lagoon. They were so close! What a special treat! Dealing with the owner, Jackie, was a pleasure and Shane, who is on the property, was very helpful. The villas are within walking distance of restaurants and shops, including one for ice cream. All in all, a memorable experience for us in Ko Olina. Mahala!

Loved every minute of our stay

The condo was even better than the pictures showed! Very clean, comfortable beds, lots of amenities like beach gear, strollers, pack n plays, cooking items. It’s a great location. About 30 min from Waikiki, but you feel more remote and tranquil here. We loved Ko Olina and can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this property!

Visiting Ko Olina was the first time my husband and I traveled to Hawaii. We immediately feel in love with the place. At the time, we were just planning our wedding and we knew that we wanted to take our engagement photos in Ko Olina because it was just so beautiful. Now that we have two children, we made it our own family tradition to travel back every year.

Ko Olina is like a piece of paradise on earth. There is something to do for everyone. We have so many wonderful memories and it is truly our honor to share this piece of joy with our guests.

Our favorite things about this condo is the amazing ocean views from the lanai. You can just sit out on the lanai and just relax, sleep, and gather with friends/family anytime of the day and enjoy the beautiful views of the resort grounds and ocean.

The three separate bedrooms and in-suite bathrooms are perfect for any families or groups traveling together. There's just enough privacy that each party will enjoy their own space. This particular floor plan has the most privacy of all the floor plans at the Beach Villas. And the BEST part is that each bedroom has it's own ocean view!
