Amazing Views
The view from this property is unparalleled! And the house itself has historic charm and many nooks and crannies to explore. The pool was clean and warm, and we spent every evening on the balcony drinking in the view with a glass of limoncello. The villa is older so there are some mildew smells in the bedrooms with AC, but on the whole, it was clean and well kept.
The part that made our stay so memorable (besides the view) was Fabiana, the property manager. She was so easy to communicate with and extremely kind and prompt in addressing anything we needed. We felt very taken care of! She’s also a private chef and cooked all 10 of us a meal on our last night that was to die for!
Be forewarned- we did not rent a car, and I definitely would recommend doing so. The walk up the hill to the main road to meet a driver is brutal, especially in the summer heat. Fabiana recommended to us that anything someone may need, to go through her via the management company rather than trying to piecemeal things together yourself like a car and activities. I second that! The walk aside, would definitely recommend this place to others!
