Booked for Coachella

Nice location as it’s connected to La Quinta Resort. Close access to all the amenities that resort has to offer. It’s a short drive to the festival grounds. Unit is clean and nice. The WiFi in the unit was not working at all and when inside the unit you only get 1 bar LTE with ATT and Verizon. Cell is pretty much useless unless you go outside. I contacted the host via the VRBO to ask for the wifi to be rebooted as the router was not accessible. No response at all from the host. I had to go to the resort lobby and pay for WiFi to take my zoom meetings.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were ideally situated close to the grandchildren. They could and did show up on their own at any time of the day. Loved being able to watch tennis from our balcony. For our gourmet cook daughter, the kitchen was not as well appointed as she would have liked.The twin mattresses are really hard.

Awesome stay!

Stayed a week with wife and 4 year old. Great location near pools, tennis court and short drive to golf. Unit was larger than expected with nice upstairs living space and bedrooms downstairs.

Unconscionable behavior during COVID-19 sheltering

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property months ago. In the weeks leading up to our stay, California, including the La Quinta area, was under an order to shelter in place. We were in Oregon, also ordered not to travel unnecessarily or go on spring break or to even leave home except for food or medical reasons. Despite this, we were receiving emails from the rental office as though things were normal and fine, touting how the restaurants and pools were still open. The rental office was unwilling to even consider crediting us to stay a different week. They should be ashamed of themselves.
