HOUSE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to ‘Dolphin Retreat’, your perfect Surfside Beach vacation spot. This 5-bedroom home is handicap friendly with an elevator to take you to the first floor and a stair lift (fees apply for usage) to take you to the second floor. The bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, so bring the whole family, including the family dog. Outdoor amenities include an outdoor kitchen, half-bathroom, and a private pool with seasonal pool heat and cooling available for an added fee.

Sea Star Realty offers the most luxurious linens in the area. Including resort-quality plush towels, hand towels, face cloths, bath mats, and high thread-count sheets of superior quality for each bed in your vacation home (including sleeper sofas). In each bath, you’ll find complimentary elegant soaps. Waiting for you in your kitchen are kitchen towels, along with some complimentary items, including dish soap and a kitchen sponge. Best of all, the beds will be made prior to your arrival, and towels pre-hung in the bathrooms!

Family Get Together

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is nice and in a great location. My concern is the cleanliness of it. Downstairs bedroom was dusty, rug didn't look like it had been vacuumed. The living room, under the sofa, was not clean. I also noticed the shower curtain in downstairs bathroom had mold on it. The kitchen is well stocked with nice pots and pans.

Dolphins retreat was exceptional.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Dolphins retreat was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The only comment I have is concerning the beds. There was to be two king bedrooms two queen bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with bunks. One of the two queen bedrooms only had a full-size bed, which was quite old and uncomfortable.
