Great location, large kitchen and living room, and overall clean space. We stayed with 10 people total, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Being within walking distance of the pier/Surfside restaurants is a tremendous highlight of this house. And even though it's second row, you can still see the ocean from both balconies on that side. Taking off 1 star for some minor reasons: 1) while overall very clean, there were a few spots (vents, fixtures, etc) that could use a deeper clean. 2) one of the bedrooms was without a lamp or other light source on our arrival (a Saturday). I texted the number we were provided to reach out to if we had issues, and I received response that seemed like they were written by AI. I was told someone would follow up during business hours, but I didn't get a message/call - someone just showed up late Monday morning with a lamp. 3) the WiFi had noticeable dead spots in the house, and was slow in spots where there was signal. Again, a good place to stay overall, especially for location. But could use some small improvements.
