The host was welcoming and communicated promptly. The house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was a nice addition. The only thing that would have been better would be to have tvs in the bedrooms. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely stay again and recommend this home to large party’s or families.

Hot tub was great! Pool did not get warm enough to swim in but that was probably due to the unseasonably cold weather. Overall house was very clean and beds very comfortable.

It was obvious that a lot of care was taken in the decoration. The set up it was just beautiful. The pool was perfect actually hot tub gray. Everything was immaculate even though it rained so we couldn’t use the fire pit. We still had a good time. It is something I will do again might bring more people with me next time, but it was everything. I hoped it would be. Communication with VRBO and the homeowner was spot on and immediate. You couldn’t ask for anything better.

The house was wonderful, with plenty of room for 6 adults. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub because we were so busy. In the 2 of the bathrooms the plug didn't work I messaged Nik and he was there within minutes. I would recommend this house for sure and if we came down again , this would be the place. Convenient to many places.

Overall this property was a very good value for the price. The weather was too cold to enjoy the heated pool but the hot tub made up for it and was quite enjoyable in that weather. The house has a nice, comfortable screened in lanai. However, the property behind the house, which is very close to the pool area, does have a dog and it would consistently bark, scratch and push on the wood privacy fence when we let our dog out. Even keeping our dog away from the fence theirs would still bark almost non-stop. Other than the barking issue, the property has a huge yard and is otherwise perfect for people traveling with pets.

Best family vacation.

This place is put together and clean. My family has been here twice and we love it. The property is between Tampa and Clearwater with so many parks and nature trails. They are an amazing host and I cannot wait to come back.

Perfect getaway

This house was perfect for our family and the pool was great for the warm weather we had. And the fenced in yard was perfect for our pups. We really enjoyed our stay.

I paid 200 for a heated pool that wasn’t heated and couldn’t due my exercising for therapy the water was 70 degrees there was a barking dog out back that barked 24/7 very annoying! There was an ant problem in the bathroom and kitchen! The floors in kitchen and dining room had parts tore up with sharp edges they hurt our feet We don’t wear shoes in the house I spoke to the owner about pool and he did nothing about the heat so I should be able to get my 200. Back for nit being able to use the amenities

Wonderful location. Great communication with host.

We had 7 adults staying in the house and it was comfortable for all. Great gathering places for conversation and eating. The host was friendly and fast to respond. Would love to rent this again.

Great place, exactly as pictured

The house was immaculately clean. Had everything you needed, very well stocked. The host was amazing with responding promptly. The pool was heated and my little ones enjoyed it immensely.

the host's were wonderful to work with. House was clean and very comfortable for the 10 of us. lots of restaurants and shopping near by. Easy distance to Honeymoon Park for some beach time. We all loved the heated pool. would definitely stay again.

6 adults stayed here for a quick overnite for Tampa Bay Downs. Comfortable and clean home close to everything you might need. Large yard, clean pool, and screened lanai.

Great family getaway

The property was lovely for our kids and dogs. We enjoyed the pool very much. The house was clean and prepped well. We felt very at home. Nik was great with communication and a really great help when needed. We can’t wait to come back here for our next family vacation!

Easy drive to the beach

We had a great stay. Comfortable beds for everyone. A nice pool to come home to after a day on the beach. We had a great dinner the night we got in from a neighborhood restaurant, Little Greek. The rest of our meals we were able to fix at home - the kitchen is well equipped. We had one equipment failure and the owner was there right away to fix, and it was a holiday!
