The home was built solely as a retirement/vacation home by two siblings. Once my husband and I spent time in SG after retirement, we decided to build our own private home just min. from the vacation home. My share of the home (walkout basement with incredible views of the red hills and pine mtn) I now use as a vacation rental. The upstairs remains a family vacation home. They are separated by a bolted door at the bottom of an indoor staircase. Both homes are very private. The entry for my vacation rental home is on the outside of the home, down some paver stairs.

The upstairs and downstairs are two separate full size homes. Each have approx 1350 sq ft. The upstairs is rarely used, but to be completely transparent, I can never guarantee that someone from my siblings family might be using the upstairs as a vacation get-away as well. I always try to book guests when I'm fairly sure no one will be upstairs, but that is never a guarantee. Both floors of the home are completely private with separate entries. The home is beautifully decorated, with all the amenities of a wonderful vacation get away. It has an unobstructed view looking out at the Redhills and Pine Mountain. It's a very quiet neighborhood, and a wonderful place to relax and enjoy drinks and chats with family and friends. I only allow very mature adults to rent this property.

This property not only has an unbelievable view of the red hills and pine mountain, but it is convenient to everything. Costco, Walmart, Albertsons, Kohls, Home depot, Bed bath and beyond, and many higher end chain stores. Many restaurants with lots of diversity. But the biggest benefit is the home is in a very quiet neighborhood, and very private. Its also surrounded by the best recreational properties. Hiking, Biking, Trail running, ATV Routes, and close to Snow Canyon, Zions, and Cedar Breaks.
