Unwind in St. George in our awesome vacation home. This terrific 3-bedroom retreat features 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed (twin and full) and 1 futon, perfect for families or friends. With 2 bathrooms, including a jetted bathtub, guests can relax in style. The theatre room offers 2 additional queen blow-up beds for extra sleeping space. Attractions nearby are Zions National Park, the Tuachan Theater, Thunder Junction all Ability Park, Fiesta Fun as well as the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center. Enjoy your time in St. George in our fantastic getaway home! ***Notice... we have full time renters in the basement. Also no alcohol, smoking or pets permitted on the premises.

The house was great, centrally located to all the golf courses. Our host Vinetta was great when we had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay and they were very accommodating. I was able to reach out a couple of times with some questions and they responded in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for me and my family.

The house was spacious and clean. Convenient location on a quiet street. Beautiful kitchen and primary bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows on the main beds were not the most comfortable. If you plan to cook, be aware the kitchen was a little sparsely stocked. Overall a nice stay for our family.

The house was spacious and was a great place for mine and my sister’s family to stay for the st. george marathon weekend. Our kiddos especially loved how close it is to the “dino park”.

We had a wonderful stay here over Thanksgiving. The living space, kitchen and bathrooms were especially spacious and made our time very comfortable. The only small thing we noticed was that a few of the bathroom towels were slightly damp when we arrived. Overall, a great place and we really enjoyed our stay and thinking of staying again in the future.

It is a great large home. Close location to shopping and freeways. There was no television available other than in master bedroom. It is great for small children. The living room could have comfortable sitting.

St. George stay

Beautiful home & neighborhood. We was unaware of the renters downstairs. No extra toilet paper & under the sink in the master bedroom was dirty.For the most part we all had a good time tho & it was a nice place.

Great hosts and great stay. Renters loud

Overall we had a great time and the hosts were so kind and accommodating. There are renters in the bottom half of the home, and the walls are very thin. It got pretty loud a couple of the nights we were there that it actually woke my kids up. I don’t fault the hosts for that though. Everything else was great and clean. The location is very close to just about anything you could want to do!

They have a quiet time I’m guessing for the renters downstairs, they were loud the whole time we stayed my child couldn’t sleep from the renters being so loud. We stayed quiet when we were asked. We wanted something private and quiet and didn’t get that other than it was okay.

Surprised to have other people in the basement. Mattresses old and uncomfortable in 2 of 3 bedrooms. Carpets very old and worn. Very spacious. Great shower in master. No extra tp.

Nice stay, But!!

Be informed! There is someone renting the basement level of this house. We did not know this going into the rental as it wasn't noted anywhere on the site listing. I contacted the rental owner and they apologized for the oversight and promised they would update the listing. To the owners credit they made it right. If you are fine with the noise from downstairs (no different than a hotel I guess) then I have nothing but positive things to say about the place. It is close to freeway access. It is in a great neighborhood. The house was very clean and well kept. It was fully stocked.

We thought the property was fine, but when we showed up we found out that there were tenants in the basement. This was not advertised in the description. We go with a single house dwelling for privacy. Had we known there were tenants, we would have not booked it, would have been a deal breaker. Otherwise we would booked a hotel or condo for less. We could hear them in the basement with music and there tv, was disappointing. We found out by reading the notes on the Fridge, these notes should be in the profile.
