Fantastic place to stay in Kingston!!!

This is the perfect place to stay if you want a clean place, well stocked and having a nice peaceful and quiet time. My family of 4 loved it and it was fantastic! Definitely try and stay here the next time we visit Kingston, ON.

Cozy little beach cabin

The property is as described with well appointed kitchen and coffee bar. The setting is beautiful and is steps away from the water. Quiet, quaint and comfortable with a great rustic charm.

The place was very comfortable and convenient, was clean and fairly well-appointed. Beware of extra person charges added on advertised price...worked out to nearly an extra 300 for two nights.

Great accommodation, quiet and outside of town (quick access to highway). Grocery store just down the street and 10 minutes into town. Kitchen had everything we needed, instructions were clear and helpful. Shower was a little finicky, but got the hang of it. Excellent communication with host, check in was a breeze.

Great place

Host was very nice and answered questions promptly. House was clean, bright, well decorated and very welcoming. Breakfast coffee, tea, available. Dock and locks nearby to watch cruising boats go thru. Just off 401 highway, great, but bit of distance from city.

Great home away from home

The place was a perfect home away from home. Very comfortable, hosts have taken a lot of considerations for guests. Hosts were very considerate when meeting our needs. As our son is attending school in Kingston we will likely request to stay here against n.

Kingston visit

This house was a great place to visit with friends while in Kingston. Fully equipped kitchen and all of our needs were provided. Anne had cleaned the barbeque prior to our arrival and even had an extra tank of propane available. Easy check-in. Nice to stay close but not in the city.

Lovely and Clean

Our stay was great, lovely spacious home, comfortable bed and temperature. I am a bit of a light sleeper so sometimes I could hear the train whistle at nearby train/road crossings during the night.

Pleasant and Pampered

It was exactly as advertised. The hosts were super attentive. They provided more than was usual, in my opinion. It was easy to get to downtown Kingston and roads to other Thousand Island towns and experiences were convenient.

Kingston Stay

This property was nice but had issues with there being extra costs not mentioned previous to booking. Mostly clean but shower barely had any pressure and issues with temperature of water.

When you book, you have to be honest about how many guests are in your party. You lied about that and we hosts don't need dishonest people. You booked for one, when you clearly stated that you were four people. Scammer.

vacation home at Kingston Mills

We were extremely happy to have found such a lovely and welcoming place to vacation. The house was clean and well appointed and the location very restful. The deck was a bonus. The owners were able to solve any issues and wonderful hosts. We were grateful for their graciousness.

Clean and Well Prepared!

The place was great, very clean and welcoming. I was surprised at how well prepared this place was. It had everything from a fully stocked kitchen to things like coffee maker and playing cards. The owners definitely put a lot of thought into what guests would need in a cottage vacation stay. Definitely recommend this place to everyone!

A wonderful weekend in Kingston

The house was lovely. Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, large and comfortable, well-equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was an added bonus that was not mentioned in the presentation but greatly appreciated in the heatwave. The only downside is the sulphur smell in the water that was not a major problem and seemed to diminish as the days passed. We would definitely return.
