Apartment on the raised ground floor of a chalet (1988) with 15 apartments located 350 meters from the Bossonnet ski lift, 100m from the center. View of the Beauregard Massif and the Needle. Shuttles nearby.

BEDROOM: (PVC floor) 4.58 m2, 1 double bed (140), window, closet and wardrobe,

BATHROOM: 2.43 m2, one sink, one shower, a washing machine, independent W-C,

DINING ROOM: (PVC floor) 11.95 m2, comfort bench, television/DVD player, French door leading to a south-facing terrace,

KITCHEN AREA: 0.97 m2, sink, induction cooktop, rotisserie, microwave, 121 l fridge, dishwasher, fondue appliance, filter coffee maker, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment
