Beautiful

The house was very beautiful and clean. The owners are amazing and will get right back to you if you need anything no matter what time of day/night. The neighborhood is very quiet but close enough to the city. It was very peaceful during the day if you have to work.

Convenient, cozy home

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all the updated décor and amenities that were included (well stocked kitchen supplies, coffee, etc). Appliances were in like-new condition. Walking distance from a convenient store and a wonderful Japanese restaurant were a bonus.

Great location

House was great for a group and it is in the perfect location. We had one issue with an appliance in the house and owner promptly returned messages. Indoor and outdoor areas were nice with plenty of parking.

It was the perfect space for our family to stay in Greenwood.

The house is in charming downtown Greenwood with restaurants and breweries within walking distance. We also enjoyed shopping at Brick & Mortar. The house has everything you need. It is updated, clean and the owner is very responsive. We plan on renting again next time we are in town visiting our family. I highly recommend.

Lovely home in a walkable neighborhood

Very clean modern yet charming home. Close to parks, a coffee shop and microbreweries. It accommodated 3 kids, 5 adults and an infant with ease.

Clean and updated

Old home but lots of renovations. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything was accurate as described. Would be a cool place to stay at in the summer with the front patio and backyard. Quiet neighborhood.

Family get-to-gether

We all came into town to meet our son’s new baby, but ofcourse couldn’t stay with his new family. The Pearl St house was ideal for my husband and I and my daughter, husband, 2 very active little boys and their dog. Plenty of room for everyone and a few visitors too! We cooked several meals in the large kitchen and gathered easily around the large table. Definitely would stay again. Neighborhood is very walkable to several restaurants and a playground

Greenwood is great

We loved the house!! Very clean and roomy. We loved how it had a separate tv/play area for the kiddos. Loved the ice cream place and park in walking distance. Great location to all the places we needed/wanted to go to. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area.

Perfect Sisters’ Trip Sanctuary

My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. It’s as charming as the pictures on the website. It met all of our needs with spacious, updated rooms and bathrooms. It is well equipped with the essentials and the blender allowed us to enjoy some refreshing margaritas! Courtney was quick to respond to questions. We would definitely visit this home again!

We lovingly call this property The Pearl. It's a real treasure in the heart of downtown Greenwood. It's walkable to all the great things happening in downtown Greenwood including the popular restaurants, art classes, boutiques, and festivals. It's also a great place for families! You can walk to the public library, Mrs. Curl's ice cream, a playground, and Kid City. It's a great urban experience. In addition, the house is extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable. It's like staying at your best friend's beautiful home. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
