~Guest count must be accurate at time of booking.
~The guest booking this condo MUST be 23 yrs or older and are staying on the premises .
~Additional fees $50 per guest will be charged if guest count is wrong and needs to be adjusted after arrival or will be asked to leave with NO refund given for any infraction.
~QUIET times are observed between 9:30pm and 8:30am all guest not listed on the reservation must leave the property by 9:00 PM NO EXCEPTIONS when guest are permitted!
~Please let us know if extra linens will be needed for pull out sofa 24 hrs prior to arrival.
~ This is a NON smoking condo. If sensors are triggered there will be $250 remediation charge no questions asked this includes the balcony area!!
~ ID is required for all guest on the reservation and must be sent 1 day before arrival.
~Comes with a Parking pass for free offsite parking for 1 vehicle, keys and parking pass must be returned or $150.00 loss of your deposit.
~ NO PETS: If you intend to bring pets of any sort, service or other please let us know in advance so we help you find an alternate property that will better accommodate your needs. Violation of the NO PETS rule will terminate your rental agreement with no refund. **OWNER OCCUPIES PROPERTY PART TIME - PETS PRESENT HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUE TO OWNER
~ Property is monitored by cameras. The cameras are OUTSIDE the home and in owners closets ONLY. Disabling of these cameras will terminate your rental agreement without refund. **THERE ARE NO CAMERAS INSIDE THE RENTED GUESTS SPACES~ iMac has a webcam that is for your use and NOT enabled for video/audio monitoring remotely by host or outside source without guest permission. You are free to unplug the computer if this is preferred!
