Amazing Riverview - Central Downtown - Parking

Amazing Riverview is located in one of the BEST spots in downtown Wilmington! You will be staying on Water Street right across from the Battleship and can explore the best places downtown! Take the water taxi, tour the Battleship NC, or walk to great restaurants, bars, or museums! Conveniently close to all the downtown wedding venues.

This condo features an open concept living and dining area with amazing views of the Cape Fear River and the Battleship North Carolina. The kitchen has all the basics you'd need to enjoy a meal in as well as bar seating for 2. The bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, and closet space for your clothes. There's a spacious bathroom with large vanity space as well as a washer and dryer for use during your stay. The best feature of the condo is the good size, covered balcony that overlooks the river. It's the perfect place to start your day with a coffee or end your evening with a nightcap.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo and balcony. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use. The building is protected by a coded access door, and guests can check in with a keypad entry.

We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot next door to the building.

Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.

If you are looking for a central downtown location with a spectacular view, this is the one. Food, entertainment and shopping are all within walking distance. Gorgeous views from the balcony day and night.Would highly recommend !

We chose to stay here for our 10 year anniversary. Our host Jody was very helpful if something went wrong or if we had questions. The view of sunset is well worth the price. Everyone was pleasant and spoke. You could see the smiling faces before you were ever close up. The location is convenient and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants. You can walk at night and feel safe with the constant patrol cars circling the block. The parking pass was a plus as that could be one of the major expenses when staying for a long period and we didn’t move once we were parked. Only to go to the beach. Which wasn’t a bad drive. Maybe 20-25 minutes. With river walk right outside it wasn’t nosy. Just relaxing and beautiful. Our only complaints are the sofa needs to be updated. Then there is Wednesday morning garbage pickup. At 3-4am hearing a loud boom can be scary. Of course the owner has no control over that; but someone needs to complain to the city about that. At least change the time to 5am or 6am. Overall we would visit & stay again.

The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal - easy walking distance to so many restaurants. Instructions and communication were great. And the parking pass was for the lot right next door. This was the perfect place for our visit.

Great location, cute setup and perfect for what we needed. My husband and I were staying over night for a wedding at the Elia and it was literally a 2 min walk which absolutely perfect. Owners were great with communication.

Wonderful location!

Wonderful location to downtown Wilmington without having to worry about constantly finding parking. Early check-in was accommodated and very much appreciated. Communication was wonderful with the hosts as well. We would definitely stay again!

A great spot!!

Absolutely loved the coziness of this place! Would be perfect for a couples getaway, right on the water in the heart of downtown with food options galore within walking distance. The best part is the free parking, one less thing to worry about on the trip! Shout out to the hosts as well, if I had a question, they would respond almost immediately every time! Would definitely recommend!!
