We had a great stay! The house was spotless and in an ideal location for our basketball tournament. Everything was easy and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

The house was big and spacious and had plenty of space for all of us to spread out. There were 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that all had showers, so that was nice. The kitchen was moderately stocked, bring casserole dishes, there were none. It had a drip coffee maker with no filters but did provided Kcups for their Keurig. Lots of dishes and glassware but only 6 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 16. A jar of weed and a small glass pipe was found in the kitchens' lower cupboard and moldy chicken and mashed potatoes were left in the oven by previous tenants that was missed by cleaners. A dead mouse in one of the downstairs bedroom closets too. Host was very much in touch with me had quick response times. He refunded our cleaning fee due to the missed areas. It had plenty of chairs for the dinning table and 3 stools at the kitchen island. It's was great they provided a high chair and pack n' play. Location from stores and freeway was nice but it is on a corner lot and on a very busy road. I brought ear plugs but possibly provide some who are light sleepers. There were fans available for most rooms which helped drown out traffic noises.Check out was easy and clear. Overall, a decent stay over Thanksgiving weekend!

This property worked great for our family on this trip. However, we did not do as much cooking as we usually do on family meetings. My only suggestion would be to stock a few more supplies in the kitchen, such as paper towels, plastic wrap, and kitchen garbage bags.

Great Spokane Valey space for young families.

This property was perfect for our four young families. Moms and dads had nice, ample bedrooms with king or queen beds (2 of each). Infants fit comfortably in the room with them and toddlers and young children enjoyed near-by bedrooms. Gathering at the end of the day after putting the little ones to bed was inviting a comfortable. Movies and/or games were perfect in the lower level family room or in the open concept kitchen/living area on the main floor. The space was clean, tastefully appointed with plenty of room. Close to Walmart and Target. The owner was responsive and welcoming. Check in and checkout were easy. This property was perfect for us.

House was suitable and met our needs. Not as nice a home as others we've stayed in. Exterior and neighborhood a bit rundown. Sleeping accommodations were great. Bathroom amenities weee adequate but only average. Kitchen amenities were minimal but adequate.

Eight of us were accomodated comfortably as we were in town for a wedding. Advertised as pictured. Would recommend for larger groups.

Great place for families.

We stayed here during our trip to Silverwood and Spokane. We had parts of 3 families and we fit perfectly. House was very clean. Beds were clean. House has been updated. Host was very communicative. We would definitely stay here again.

Team Camp Stay

This property worked really well for my girls basketball team (8 girls) and us 4 adults that were with them. The rooms were good sized with comfortable beds. It had a large dining room table and large couch for the girls to gather. The kitchen was very nice and had everything we needed to cook meals. It was very clean and access went very smoothly. Great stay!

Great house for family gathering

The inside of the house was spotlessly clean, but the back deck needs tending to. While it is on a busy road, the house is quiet and tranquil. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others.
