Ranch style 2 blocks from beautiful Willamette River and walking, biking, jogging trails.
Open living concept with updated kitchen. Separate family room with large flat screen above gas fireplace.
2nd bedroom off family room has queen temperpedic. 1/2 bath and washer/dryer. Sliding door to patio with large table for outdoor dining and gas grill. Backyard has koi pond with waterfall - May Not be suitable for small children.
Master bedroom with split king temperpedic mattress has private bathroom. Sliding patio door to small patio next to koi pond.
3rd bedroom has 8” foam twin mattress.

Charming home in a great location

The owner was so accommodating and helpful prior to our stay. She wanted to make sure we would have everything we needed for our stay. My daughter-in-law loved feeding the squirrels each morning and we all loved the visits from the birds during this feeding. The house is very well maintained and is in a very safe neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time!

Home away from home

Debbie is a very kind and wonderful host, and you can tell she puts a lot of care into sharing her home! Her yard and home are so neat and lovely, and the neighborhood felt so warm and safe - and it’s so close to a wonderful waking/jogging trail along the river! We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Excellent Stay!

Wow! What a great place! Clean, beautiful, well-stocked, spectacular back yard, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom space, amazing kitchen! I can't say enough about this place! Will definitely look here first on my next trip to Eugene!
