We enjoyed our stay at this two-bedroom daylight apartment in Springfield over Thanksgiving. The space was clean and comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient, and the hosts were friendly and responsive. We’d gladly stay here again!

A beautiful apartment for us to stay in! We had a little confusion with check-in but the owner cleared it up quickly and professionally. There are a lot of stairs so be prepared! But it was no problem for us. Having a washer and dryer was a great benefit for our long road trip. I would 100% stay here again.

We loved our short stay at this Springfield apartment rental! It was extremely clean and there were plenty of amenities from a washer/dry and detergent, kitchen appliances, and a cabinet full of toiletries to use. We would definitely come back here again!

Beautiful, clean, quiet, private apartment. The neighborhood was lovely and felt very safe. The hosts are on the premise but you wouldn't know it. In my opinion, I think it's a great fit for 3-4 people. Any more than that and it may be a bit cramped for you. There were personal restaurants and local sightseeing suggestions posted which was super helpful. Great proximity to food and grocery. If you have any issue with stairs, there is some up and down to get to the apartment but it made us feel much more secluded. Definitely recommend!! Will hope to book again next time we go to see our daughter in Springfield.

Good quality, lower level, in-law unit.

We were three 70 year old ex-runners in town for the US Track and Field Championships in Eugene. Hosts, Sam and Shannon, were terrific. Beautiful almost new, excellent quality unit with it's own private deck with wooded views. Quite neighborhood located in East Springfield. The only minor drawback was access to the unit were the stairs. Down one flight from the street then up another flight to the unit. Definitely not ADA compliant. Pack light.

Very quiet, with a beautiful view, in a very safe neighborhood!Shannon was very communicative, and considerate of by arrival time.Amenities were nice, some smaller glasses, and salt and pepper would be good to have…Would definitely stay again!

Shannon has been a salon owner and practicing cosmetologist for over 30 years, while Sam serves as a Chief of Staff for a nationwide distribution company and is a board member of a credit union. We are both avid soccer fans and love fishing in our free time. We are excited to welcome you to our home and look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It’s known as the city’s premier neighborhood—quiet, safe, and filled with friendly neighbors who take pride in their homes. What drew us in initially was the peaceful, tree-lined streets and the sense of community that’s hard to find elsewhere.

What we enjoy most is the perfect blend of nature and convenience. We're tucked into a serene area with towering oak and maple trees, yet we’re just minutes away from local shops, restaurants, parks, and easy access to Eugene. It’s the kind of place where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the porch while listening to birdsong and still get to downtown in under 15 minutes.

It’s a wonderful place to unwind, explore, and feel at home—whether you're here for a short stay or considering a longer adventure in the area.

Our property offers a rare combination of privacy, comfort, and natural beauty—all in a thoughtfully designed space. This upscale, fully furnished daylight basement apartment features a spacious bedroom, a dedicated office (perfect for remote work), a full kitchen, and in-unit laundry. With its own private entrance and large windows, it’s filled with natural light while still offering complete seclusion.

What truly sets our place apart is the peaceful setting. The apartment opens to a serene 1/4-acre backyard filled with towering oak and maple trees—ideal for relaxing after a long day. Guests often tell us it feels like a quiet retreat, even though it's just minutes from city amenities.

Many of our guest come to Eugene to attend University of Oregon sporting events at Autzen Stadium, Hayward Field, and Matt Knight Arena. Parking at these venues can be challenging, but there’s an easy solution! Just a few minutes from our home, the Springfield LTD Park & Ride at 700 Main St, Springfield, OR 97477 allows you to park your vehicle and hop on an LTD bus directly to any of these locations. This way, you don’t have to worry about parking at the stadiums or arenas, and you can enjoy the game stress-free. For schedules, routes, and more information, visit the LTD website at www.ltd.org.
