Host answered my messages within a few hours max, was super kind and accommodating after I had a previous reservation fall thru the day of my trip. The house was clean and comfortable, and when I had questions about the tv she was able to come quickly and get it working for me in no time! Great food recommendations from the hosts and located less than 20 minutes from the Tacoma mall!

Really just needed a place to sleep with all our wedding related activities and this place was clean, close and fit the bill.

Cozy, quiet, has character, private yard

We enjoyed our stay. The location is at the end of a long driveway and the front yard has trees, grass, picnic table, pavers, swing. This older manufactured home has been upgraded and painted. We liked that the two bdrms were on each end of the guest home, one having a spacious en suite, the other access to a full bath just across the hall. If you are looking for modern, this is not it. I would say it has character. Very clean. Property manager communicated with me promptly before our stay and checked in to be sure all was well. We had a welcome basket and water in the refrigerator. A tray of ice was in the freezer. We did not leave the property during our stay so cannot comment on convenience of places nearby. We elected to have get away time and prepared for the privacy of our retreat. Good place, easy to locate.

Peace and quiet in a scenic, serene setting in Tacoma countryside. Experience a stay in our family friendly guest house. For the health and comfort of all, no pets are allowed in the guest house. Thank you for your understanding. Bedrooms features a Queen size bed, a dresser, nightstands and plenty of closet space. The living area is the perfect place to relax with the family or simply sit and read a book or stream your favorite shows on a 55 inch smart TV. The couch pulls out into a bed and stows away during the day to provide a social sitting area! Private lawn all to yourself.
