Upon entering we questioned when the unit had been cleaned last. Everything from very dirty bath mats, to either blood or sticky red fingertips on doorways, dirt in the bathtubs, refrigerator coated in spilled substances, walls with visible dirt in multiple rooms, and dust hanging from ceiling vents. The A/C was leaking very badly, seeping under the floor. The master bath shower, the water leaked out onto the floor with every use! The microwave, it had tape holding the door on, but the tape was full of what looked like pubic hair! Needless to say, we spent the most time we could OUT of the unit. We did contact via text, the number provided upon arrival about the poor condition and submitted pictures. We were thanked for the notification but that was about it. We also requested some sort of a refund, especially since we couldn't even heat food up due to the hair, but no response. We travel a lot and usually refrain from leaving such negative comments, but this is warranted for sure. The high reviews, those who left them must be used to staying in very poor conditions. We would still appreciate some sort of follow-up about of refund request.
