Perfect location!

This condo is in the perfect location to visit downtown Gatlinburg. You will not have to fight traffic to visit all the local shops and it is easy access to Pigeon Forge.

Fall Break

The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Nice linens and towels. Furniture was comfortable and new. Smart tvs are wonderful and make it easy to log into. We had a great stay!

Winter Vacay.

Overall we love this location. The condo was absolutely perfect for our family. Spacious bedrooms and the kitchen was perfect and well stocked. We will definitely be back. Smokey Mountais has my heart ❤️

Very satisfied

My family has been going to Gatlinburg for numerous years for the East Coast Nationals basketball tournament. We have stayed at numerous places during the years, but this is by far the nicest place we have stayed. I wish we had found this gem the first year because it would be the only place we would have stayed. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked.

Perfect getaway with family

Plenty of room for family of 5, really enjoyed the jacuzzi tub after a brisk day walking around town. Kitchen fully stocked with all things needed to eat in outside The balcony offers a beautiful view at night and the setting is close enough to the strip while still being peaceful. If you’re sensitive to noise I would recommend staying on the 5th floor and if not already (May have missed it) would be stating that there is feathered furniture for those with allergies. My middle son had an allergic reaction upon arrival but luckily we had allergy medicine on hand.

Cozy place close to everything!

This was our first time staying in a condo in Gatlinburg. Typically we rent a cabin to be more secluded and up in the mountains. This trip we decided to rent a place more downtown and this place did not disappoint! We could walk to everything we needed! So close to Annakeesta and our favorite dining places. With the cost of parking downtown increasing, it was so nice to not have to pay that daily fee. The condo itself was so cozy and clean. We had plenty of space for us and our 4 kids. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!!

Great location!

The home is beautifully decorated, but the location is greatest asset! We enjoyed our quick walks to the Village area without having to worry about parking and traffic on the parkway

Book This Property

Condo worked out great for our family of 4. Plenty of parking at the complex. We walked into town almost every night. Our favorite ice cream was at Chocolate Monkey and our favorite restaurant was Cumberland Jacks. We drove into the park almost every day to do hikes and exploring. Pigeon Forge was about 15 to 20 minutes with traffic and we did that a few days too. Highly recommend Parrot Island if you get a chance. This third floor condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable. We heard our neighbors above us a little, but nothing that bothered us at all. We may have missed this in the posting, but all the correspondence went thru Vacasa. I was a little annoyed that I had to download another app, but it actually worked out fine. All communication was done by text. It was probably the easiest rental we have ever done. Just as an FYI, the posting does not say there are hair dryers in the unit and when I asked, Vacasa told me I should pack one because it was not included. When we arrived though, there was one in each bathroom. We would definitely stay here at this condo again.

Simply Amazing 🤩

This was my 3rd time staying at Baskins Creek. My husband and I came to celebrate my birthday. It was so homey. The pictures in the living room were beautiful. We walked everywhere we went. We started the car one time to go to Dollywood. We loved how close the condo is to town. Everything was so clean. We enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony looking at the view. Comfy and location

We had plenty of room in the condo!! Never felt like we were on top of each other!! Loved the location it was peaceful and quiet and a short walk to the Main Street where we enjoyed all attractions and restaurants!! Can’t wait to return!!

Such a great space

My family and I absolutely loved how clean and spacious this condo was.. I do wish the tv was larger because the provided tv was quite underwhelming for our "movie night". I also wish there were basic seasonings provided in the kitchen. lol. But other than that, Baskin Creek is definitely the way to go! We're STILL talking about great our vacation was.

Good stay

Good location. Walking distance to the strip in Gatlinburg, aquarium, etc. Quiet comfortable place. Washer/dryer in room is handy. All clothes already clean when we return home.

Great Condo

This was my first time staying at Baskins Creek. This unit was clean & exactly as described. Comfortable beds & cozy atmosphere. Very quiet & just off the Main Street in Gatlinburg. Would love to stay here again! The only issue we encountered was the wifi worked the first night but would not work on our phones after the first night. It did work on an iPad. I asked the desk clerk as suggested on the directions in the room. He was not much help & told us to call the number for the provider. Did not take the time to do that. We didn’t go on vacation to sit in the room & surf the Internet so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Great place, great trip!

Spring Break

Condo is well decorated and comfortable. Plenty of room and has a nice view of Gatlinburg. The Jacuzzi was nice after a day of walking a lot. The kitchen was well furnished and we cooked breakfast every morning to save a little money. Will stay here again.
