Great condo!

Condo was great.. location, clean! We had a late check in, 11PM. Upon arrival door code did not work, contacted support for an hour we tried multiple times to reset lock with no luck, finally sent maintenance to get us in the condo, he was super nice and got it working for us. Took us over two hours to get in the condo!

Great Stay!

We loved this place! The room was spacious and we were comfortable during our stay. Parking was never an issue. Short walk to The Village and downtown. Will definitely remember this room for future stays!

Great location!

This was our second time staying at Baskins Creek. We love the location and the short walk to the strip. The condo was clean and peaceful. We will definitely stay here again. The only issues were a broken towel rack in the master bathroom and the shower leaks all over the floor as well. Staff is very helpful, friendly and quick at responding.

Great Stay

This is our second time staying at Baskin Creek and we had an excellent stay first time and again this time. Staff is awesome, Friendly and helpful! We will stay here again every time we come down to Gatlinburg!

Family Time !

We had a wonderful time at Baskins Creek ! We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and common area. We shared our suite with son and family especially our 6 year old grandson!!

Christmas getaway

Perfect location. Nice place to stay with family with lot’s of room.only thing if you cook this unit you will need to bring some kitchen supplies with you. They are very Limited did not even have a Spatula.But I would stay there again.

Awesome Condo!

This condo was A++. Perfect location. It was an easy walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Right in the middle of all of the shopping and dining. The condo exceeded our expectations. Our view was great, overlooking the pool with the mountains in the background. We will definitely stay here again.

Overall great condo close to downtown

Spacious, comfortable condo! Just about 2 blocks off the Parkway. Walking distance to the Mountain Mall, Anakeesta, Ripley’s Aquarium. We really enjoyed the condo and location! Our only complaint would be the mattresses are feeling worn and lacking support. Need to be replaced soon. However, I look forward to staying at the location again!

Great location and security

We loved staying here. We found everything we needed for our week in Gatlinburg. The Location is very convent for the National Park and all of the local attractions. I loved that there were security measures in place to keep non-renters out and make us feel very safe. There were a few cosmetic things that we could tell were past issues suck as water n the floor of the main bath and mold in the molding of the bathroom and under the sink in the kitchen. Other than that it was a well kept and clean condo.

Loved this Condo!

First off the unit was very clean! We have stayed in another unit before and we love staying here. The only problem was it could use some TLC in the bathroom. Where a towel rack had been broke before the fix wasn't very good and not even painted on the repair. Also the caulking around some of the walls in the bathroom was also missing and needed redone. the shower leaked on to the floor during showers. the outlet by the king bed was loose and had a big hole you could see. But I am nitpicking because the unit was very nice and we would stay again.

Just what we hoped for.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. There was a basic starter of (toilet paper, paper towels and a trash bag in each trash can) As with most rentals that aren't a HOTEL you will need to bring more of the above listed and napkins, shampoo, etc. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating was while we were loading the car at 10:00 (checkout time) the automatic locks on the door switched, locking us out and I had to find someone from housekeeping to let us back in the room at 10:05 for our last bit of stuff and a quick walk through. Would have been nice to know that the locks change PROMPTLY at 10:00.....and had those ladies not been available, that could have been a real nightmare.
