Awesome views and lots of space!

The layout was perfect for our family of 9. The large balcony provided outstanding views of the gulf and of the late night flashlight crews. The location is also wonderful. Security Guard Joe welcomed everyone warmly and was very helpful!

Penthouse Perfect

The condo is layed out so well and beautifully decorated! The four of us had our own private bedroom with spacious inside lounge and eating areas. The balcony is a perfect size and the view is awesome! We enjoyed it all!

Fun family getaway

The condo was perfect for my family of 10. We spent a lot of time on the beach and relaxing. The beds were comfy and we loved having the huge kitchen.

Wonderful trip

We had so much room for everyone! Security guard Joe is the best! Loved the pool and hot tub! Refrigerator looked clean but had a horrible smell like somebody had left their catch of the day in to ruin. Cleaning staff could do a better job. Comfortable living room area. Lots of seating on the balcony.

Great Stay

The size of the Condo was very accommodating for our group. We did have an issue with the toilet in the master running constantly, but that was promptly fixed with a call to the service team. Very good service from the maintenance crew. We sat out on the patio every morning watching the dolphins swim. It was a very relaxing and nice place. The Location is great if you like to be up high and on the ocean front. Great Place and we will be back again.

Gulf shores

The accommodation was perfect for our family of 10, plenty of space and amenities to make it feel like home for 5 days. The balcony had a great view of the ocean and the convent store across the street was nice for purchasing things we forgot to bring within walking distance. Furniture and decorations were outdated but it didn’t matter to us we were there for the beach, pool and scenery! The place is large enough to move around in without feeling confined and check in and out was very simple. My only complaint.. using VRBO in the past the host was always very prompt in responding to emails and very helpful with dining and activities and answering questions. I did not feel the personal touch the host normally provides when I have rented from VRBO in the past

Large beachfront

Worked very well for our group! Not real happy that they had a list of cleaning to be done by us and then added more things in an email just before checkout.

Thanksgiving vacation

This place was perfect for Thanksgiving week. The kitchen and dining room are huge and there was plenty of room for everyone to have space (7 adults and 2 kids). But the condo is definitely ‘tired’ and needs updating. The stove needs replaced and the furniture is worn. But the location is great and we loved overlooking the gulf and having a beautiful view of the bay. We even enjoyed watching the beach restoration activities.

What an Awesome week!

When we arrived, we could not believe how BIG the condo was. All 4 bedrooms were great. The primary bedroom has 2 walk in closets that are HUGE! And 3 bathrooms were just right for our growing family. The balcony is also HUGE! I guess the only quirky thing all week, my wife said the stove was weird. She never figures it out. But we didn't miss a meal. We loved Island Royale P301 and hope that we can return in the future.

Well it had spacious room but very outdated and broken furniture. Sheets stained and old. Washer and dryer old and dryer on its last leg. Pool at complex very small.

Best Vacation Ever!

This place was wonderful! From the moment we walked in, we knew it was perfect for our family of 10. It was clean and spacious and beautiful. It is on the beach and close to town. Yet, we felt like we had plenty of room and amenities. We had a great family vacation!

First time Gulf Shores

This was our first experience at Gulf Shores. The condo was the perfect space for our large blended family. Right on the beach and the kids loved the pool. We enjoyed having a popular “The Hangout” a mile from the condo with great restaurants in between. The only complaint I had was the condo definitely needs to be completely updated as well as several cracked tiles needing to be replaced. We were more than pleased with the condo and our experience at Gulf Shores!

Beach stay in high style

Kitchen was well equipped, except there needs to be a K- cup maker. We took our own. Unless I miss read, I expected the 3rd bathroom to be accessed from 2 bedrooms and instead there were 3 suites. We all loved the place and recommend it highly!

Great Get away

We traveled w 2 other couples. We chose this unit because of 3 bedrooms w attached bathrooms so it gave wonderful privacy but yet we could all be together into the evenings. Lots of pros..beautiful deck for watching sun rises and sun sets. Easy beach access, Grocery store right across the street. Decent food close, better places 5-10min into town. Only negative was the unit and furnature were a little tired looking. Lots of cracked and loose floor tiles. The ice machine didn't work so we bought bags of ice everyday. They did replace the dishwasher while we were there. None of this dampened our stay. We were there for friend time and the beach and this condo fit the bill perfectly and we would definitely rent this unit again.
