This property is absolutely perfect if you have a pet. There is a fenced-in back yard that our dogs loved. Property was spotless when we checked in. View from the deck is amazing and watching the sun set is unbelievable.

The location and the host was excellent. The beach house itself was not very good. The home smelled of urine, I assume pet urine because there was pet hair in the bedding of both bedrooms. Even after washing the bedding, the pet hair remained imbedded in the comforter. There was lots of pet hair on the floor. It is also in the washer or dryer. I washed a load of our laundry (I cleaned the dryer vent prior to putting our clothes in) and the clothes came out with dog hair on them. Attempted to use the only vacuum we could find, however it did not work. Went to WalMart and bought plug ins to mask the smell but it did not help much.

We love staying at Dave's place. It is literally right on the beach. It's clean and you can bring your doggies. What could be better.

Overall awesome experience. Deck area perfect for your 4 pawed family member. Beach views were beautiful. Well stocked kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, and dinnerware.

Perfect & Beautiful Views

I stayed with my 3 adult kids and 2 small dogs. Everything was perfect. The views were amazing, the property was perfect for us. The beach is literally right there. Can’t wait to come back.

The townhouse was great, hated to leave. Beautiful place. Tried to rebook for next year but property owner is not very co-operative. Still waiting for an answer to a text from 2 days ago.

Perfection

I needed a time where I could just get away, then be able to travel with my pets. This location and the management/owner is perfect. Grateful that this type of location is out there and available. Great place!

The smell of cleanliness met us when we opened the door! :) We have a small dog, who has loved having his own yard. There has been new living room furniture added and new deck boards since the pictures were taken. The mattress slept like a dream. We have been pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Excellent location

Would recommend this vacation rental. The area for my daughter's dog was great. We did go to Mexico Beach and St. George Island where there are no restrictions other than a leash even though Pier Park was only 2 miles east of the rental. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would have liked would be lamps especially in the bedrooms. Was a snowbird for 15 years at Pinnacle Port, but this rental was closer to all shopping and restaurants. Having two parking places was nice even though we only had one vehicle.

Quick getaway for us and new favorite spot

My husband and I come down to PCB area a few times a year and we hadn't made our trip yet this year so we planned this getaway last minute. We usually plan in advance and leave our pups home but this spot made for a true quick getaway because we were able to bring them with us. Loved the location, assigned parking, walkout to the beach, comfortable bed, host communication and privacy. My only critique is I'm not a fan of any color bath towels other than white when it comes to feeling clean - so we got our own. But I still give 5 stars for overall clean because for a place that allows animals, I can't truly complain. Great townhome and we would definitely stay here again :)

Loved it!

Right away I was greeted with a clean smell. The housekeeper does a wonderful job! This is the only place I have found in the area that you can stay right on the beach with your dog. Not only that, but you have a good sized fenced in area by the beach to enjoy with your dog without having to go to the dog beach every time. Loved the double patio doors on both floors to take in the sights and sounds of the ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean is a beautiful thing. There are new lovely smelling leather couches that aren’t in the listing pictures, although I bet the old ones were super comfy too. I really enjoyed all the art/signs made by the owner. I would stay here again without a second thought! The only things I would add is another rug on the back deck to help get more sand off your feet before coming in, some solar lights around the back yard steps, and the laminate upstairs could use replacing. Hope to visit again soon!
