Location is amazing, however cleanliness is well below average.

Location was amazing. However,The property was dirty. The white sheets had stains on them and the bath towels smelled awful of mildew. The main floor bathroom smelled of urine. The shower in the main bathroom had dirty grout.

A day at the beach

The property was what we wanted. Just walk out your door to beach. We enjoyed the stay. Wish we had booked a few more days. Looking to coming back.

As advertised - on the beach and pet friendly!

Ideal unit and location for us our pet. The enclosed “beach yard” (aka backyard) was perfect to let her out and run a bit. And for us, the ability to walk to and from the beach during the day was outstanding! Also, was not crowded on the beach!

Perfect stay

This place was was perfect for myself, hubby, & our two dogs. Loved the location and absolutely loved that you could walk right out to the beautiful ocean. The fenced in area and the two orange chairs on the deck was wonderful!! So loved sitting out there and having my fur babies with us enjoying the sunsets and ocean. Thank you so much for sharing your property with us! A definite place to stay!!

After Christmas Vacation with family and 1 pet

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Was as described! Our family enjoyed the beach right in our backyard! We took our pet, and he enjoyed the fenced in area. The owner was very nice, and we would love to stay again in the future!

New Years Getaway

Perfect time to get away and unwind before the New Year with my fur babies and family!! Bring a jacket (not needed all day). Enjoyed morning coffees overlooking the ocean. Beds were comfortable, we definitely plan on booking again!

Great location-beautiful view-perfect for pets

aside from the construction work and noise that we were not made aware of, and the neighbors and construction workers either blocking in our cars, or asking us to park elsewhere from our designated spots, if that had not happened, our trip would have been perfect, and relaxing, but the construction work for 4 of our 6 days and parking situation made it not so relaxing. The owner was quick to respond and very kind.

Stunning Sunsets 20 Steps Away

This townhome was the perfect place for our stay! My husband, two dogs, and I enjoyed every hour of our stay. The decks were spacious like the unit. Beach views were amazing from the inside or out on your balconies with comfortable seating. We chose to eat on the balcony every evening because the breeze and sunset views were second to none. The fenced in backyard was a great play/ discovery area for our dogs. The location of this wonderful townhome is also convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and parks! We really appreciated the parking spots - right at your front door, too!

Everything that we needed!

It was great for all! Great options for those that like to stay on the beach or those that like to stay in the villa but we still were all together. An extra bonus was that our fur babies were able to join us. Gorgeous views 24/7...so relaxing. Also, great communication with the owner!

Condo on beach

Awesome location and amazing host. Needs minor repairs and new mattress is front bedroom. Pull out sofa mattress was heavily soiled and nobody was able to even sit on it. Kitchen could use a sharp knife. Otherwise, absolutely an amazing property!

Very nice

Great villa right on the beach. Large areas with well stocked kitchen. Close to everything. Large bedrooms and very nice bathrooms in both rooms. Our friends said probably could use a new mattress in the second bedroom but overall it was acceptable. Ended up leaving a day early due to the hurricane but that was a minor issue. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Great place. Will definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed the stay. The only negative thing is under the deck needs cleaning up and pathway to beach needs to be cleaned up and weeded, hard walking path.

Great Beach Townhouse

Our family enjoyed our 6night stay at this townhouse! We loved it! It was clean and very welcoming! Both bedrooms were roomy and the beds were so comfortable! The decks and access to the beach is great, the grill worked great and the A/C was cold! The only suggestion is that we needed more forks&spoon utensils. The microwave worked but didn’t work properly, in which the owner offered to buy one to use temporary (but we declined). Owner’s response was always fast! Convenient to Winn Dixie and Pier Park.

Paradise

We loved the townhouse. It was spacious, clean, and close to everything. We loved the deck and small yard for pet. We absolutely loved it all. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

A great location, but meh experience

The property itself was decent. A decent villa (townhouse) with a great view and easy beach access. Our problem was the property next door was doing heavy construction and made it impossible to relax inside. We stayed 5 nights. First couple days was just hammers and drills…easy to ignore for the most part. Then after the second night, they came out with a buzz saw and started going at the doors. It lasted hours and happened the day after for another couple hours. Because it’s a townhome it sounded like it happened in the same building. It was impossible to tune out. When we asked the property manager about it, his response was a plain “I can’t control my neighbors”. We spoke to the neighbors and the property manager seemed to have been informed they were doing work that week. He made no effort to inform us beforehand or make it right afterwards. It didn’t ruin our overall experience but it definitely wasn’t what we paid for. I’ll add the gate needed some handiwork on our part as it was on the ground at the end and the gate door not attached to anything. The pullout sofa should also be replaced…looked pretty soiled to us. If it weren’t for the noise and subsequent inaction, we’d say 4/5 or 5/5.
