プール付きの広々とした別荘。 8人。 家族での休暇に最適で、南ダルマチアを探索したり、毎日（約12km離れた）ドゥブロヴニクを訪れるのに最適な拠点です。

内面は200m2 + caです。 115m2のテラス。

アパートは家の1階と2階で構成されています。
所有者は1階の別のアパートに住んでいます。

The first expression when we saw the view was “wow”. The house was perfect for our stay and the view was so beautiful. The pool table is a genius addition and was well used in the evenings after dinner.The hosts Marija and Pavo were considerate and always on hand if we needed anything and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this as a base for your holiday.Croatia is such a beautiful country and this area particularly. Good access from here to Bosnia and also to Montenegro. The couple of hour drive to Tivat is well worth it (don’t take the ferry as the drive around the coast is worth your time).

Excellent accommodation

Property was spacious, very clean, well equipped and well maintained. Owners were easy to contact and responded quickly to any queries. Great views. Outdoor BBQ area was excellent. Air conditioning was in every room in the property which we have not often seen. The property is thoroughly recommended!

Fantastic villa

Short drive from the airport and not far from Dubrovnik. Breathtaking views from the property. Very well equipped, plenty of space. We were a family of 4 but there was lots of space to comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. Marija and Pavo are great hosts and on hand for anything you may need. Great pool and outdoor kitchen. Pool table was a great addition. Highly recommend. Definitely need a car.

Fantastic villa

We had a wonderful stay here and Marija and Pavo were terrific hosts. The location is just stunning and the house is spacious and extremely well stocked from a self catering perspective. It was perfect for us as a family with teenagers - the pool table was very popular - and would also be ideal for a group of couples/friends. All 4 bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the house stayed surprisingly cool without recourse to air-con; we only used the air con for a couple of hours in the evenings on the last few nights. The village itself is smaller than I anticipated but the shop and cafe had all you needed for day-to-day; larger supermarkets were in Dubrovnik. I would recommend a car and the approach road is pretty steep. We ate twice in the local restaurant Savonari which was a short walk away and it was excellent on both occasions. No hesitation recommending this villa and we hope to visit again

Excellent séjour et vue idyllique près de Dubrovnik

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Orasac. Vue exceptionnelle. Villa spacieuse. Très belle piscine et pool house agréable. Hôte attentionné et discret. Endroit idéal à 25 minutes de la foule et de l’effervescence de Dubrovnîk. Nous recommandons bien vivement.

Genius apparmtent with gorgeous view

Absolutely stunning apparmtent with more than enough space for everybody, very clean, all necessities available and a landlord, who is always there when you need her. The House is a bit far away from everything, but that makes the charm. Thats why it is a very quiet neighbourhood. If you have a car with you the distances are no problem. Otherwise, there is a nice neighbour who is a taxi driver. He will make you very good offers for a ride. Always recommend this house. It is stunning. And either I or a friend of mine will come back there.

Family stay in this gorgeous villa

What an amazing place to stay. My family stayed here for a week and never tired of the fabulous views. The villa will not disappoint either. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for 5 of us. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend a stay.

Beautiful property

We traveled as a family of four adults. The property could easily accommodate 6 adults as three couples. All rooms are air conditioned and spacious. There are two kitchens one indoors and one outdoors with fridge, sink, worktops, hob and griddle. There are three dining areas one indoors and two outdoors. The outdoor pool area has fantastic views with six quality loungers and a large pool approx 8x3 metres. The property is immaculately maintained and the hosts are very attentive and helpful giving good advice on local activities and recommendations. The property is 30 minutes drive from Dubrovnik and 45 minutes drive from Ston. This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at for overall quality and value for money.

Excellent Property

The accommodation is first class - clean, modern and well looked after. The pool and outdoor areas are spacious and plentiful. We spent many hours looking at the fabulous views of the islands and boats from the terrace. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms comfortable and having three bathrooms was a real treat. We were very appreciative of the restaurant recommendations and the boat trip organised by Pavo - a great day out. It’s always a risk when booking a property online and so often they don’t match the hype; this property definitely lives up to all expectations and will not disappoint. Don’t hesitate, book now.

Das Haus liegt einzigartig am Berg und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Pool und die Terrassen mit der Außenküche sind top und die Aussicht auf das Meer mit den davor gelagerten Inseln und den Hafen auf Dubrovnik ist phantastisch. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und ausgesprochen sauber. Die Vermieter sind außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen.

Lovely clean house with fantastic outside space, amazing views and a beautiful pool.

The house itself and the external space are large, very clean and comfortable. It is situated quite high, a kilometre or so from the sea and affords lovely views out to sea. The property is very quiet and, although the owners live below, the pool area is very private. The owners, Marija and Pavo, are lovely people who don’t interfere at all but are always there if you need anything. You would definitely need a car but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit gigantischem Ausblick

Sehr saubere, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit viel Platz. Die Vermieterin spricht gut deutsch und gibt gern Infos und Auskünfte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Freizeitangeboten. Wir waren Anfang April hier, da war der Pool leider noch nicht in Betrieb, aber eben auch noch kein Badewetter. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen!

beautiful villa, helpful owners

We stayed 10 days late october 2017, very large rooms , beautiful view, no bad surprises in this villa. The pool was closed in this season. Pavo and Marijra are very helpful and reactive: Marija bring us washine machine powder for instance. They speak english very well too. Near the main road but very quiet. You need to have a car. We were 3 only but very comfortable for 6 or 7. In october, sunny weather, no trafic jams to go to Mostar, Kotor, Mljet and Korcula. Unavoidable !

Amazing stay in a stunning property with world class views

Wow! what can I say. For all of those of you that have booked you are in for an amazing time. The location is fantastic, it is close enough to Dubrovnik that you can see the harbour, but well away from hustle and bustle of City life. Pavo and Marija were great hosts, there if needed but they were extremely discrete and respected our privacy (even if Marija did tell us that Pavo talks too much);)!. We did not here them at all during our stay except for our nightly visit from Pavo keeping the pool in pristine condition. The complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely gesture along with the fact that Pavo made the house available earlier for us as we had an early arrival into Dubrovnik. Then a surprise visit from Marija on our last night with another bottle of wine to apologise that she had not seen us all week as she had been busy with her new addition to the family (a baby boy who we also didn't hear a peep from the whole time we were there)! We were amazed every day by the different views and sights that we saw from different balconies and patios. We sat for hours watching the hustle and bustle of the boats coming and going from the Islands. We also captured some stunning sun sets on film. The house was well equipped with every thing that you required for a home from home holiday. The outdoor kitchen was a fantastic facility with fridge and dishwasher which meant that you did not have to keep going inside to the kitchen area to bring food and of course your wine and beer from inside the house! The little things that mattered the most was the fact that upon arrival there were toilet rolls, soap, tea towels, kitchen roll, bin liners etc provided that meant you did not have to take these things with you on your holiday or go out and by them whilst you were there.. The house was plenty big enough to sleep 8 people with enough space that you could get away from each other and find your own space if needed. (especially good if you were wanting to have a quiet read whilst the children were in the pool). We would definitely recommend this stunning holiday home with fantastic views (the pictures do no do them justice. You have to see them to believe how beautiful it is. We will certainly come back soon. xx

An absolute Gem

What can we say besides that the house is beautiful, welcoming, spacious, clean, and owners Marijah and Pavo are wonderful, kind hosts. The Adriatic Sea and its island views are breathtaking from most of the rooms in the house. We stayed two weeks and felt right at home. It was hard leaving. Our friends and family who flew in to enjoy a few days of Croatian life with us, loved the large home, the views and the surroundings as well. Beautiful walking paths with stone walls, Olive, and Cherry trees surround the house on the hillside. It is an easy drive to Old Town Dubrovnik, which is a must-see, yet we were so happy to leave the crowds and tourists to go back to our haven of peace on the hillside surrounded with ocean views. The house is advertised on this site perfectly and honestly. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants a peaceful and lovely place to get away from it all. Aline & Jon, Honolulu, Hi

Merveilleux séjour

Magnifique villa, spacieuse, moderne, avec tout le confort possible. Vue extraordinaire sur le îles Elaphites. Accueil chaleureux par Marija, merci à elle. Les Croates sont souriants et accueillants. Le pays est superbe. Un seul regret, ne pas être restés plus longtemps!

excellent views and very kind host

We stayed there for 8 days last 10th ,April 2017 and everything was perfect. The kitchen is superb with all the accessories or equipment you need and there are three bathrooms that made our stay very convenient. You are spoiled by the panoramic view at the terrace where we spent our breakfast and stayed for our sun tanning. Unfortunately, we were not able to use their swimming pool because they only open it in May but i can assure you that the pool is completely furnished with the bbq sets, dining place and sunloungers. One thing important is that you must have a car because Dubrovnik centre is 12 kms away and all other places too. The owner is very pleasant and eager to provide us information and assistance. She booked our boat trip to the islands and that was really a nice experience. I can highly recommend the house for family vacation and we even plan to book again for our next holidays in Dubrovnik.
