Had a wonderful stay at this awesome condo with the perfect ocean view. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants along Ali’i Dr. Condo was well stocked and the bed was so comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioning was very effective. The beach chairs and umbrellas were nice to have on our visits to all the beaches. Cami, the property manager was very responsive.

The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated. We appreciated having snorkel equipment, beach chairs and an umbrella available. Being able to walk to local restaurants was an added bonus. We definitely recommend this condo for a visit to Kona!

Beautiful ocean front condo

Great location

This was a great way to visit Kona. Quiet with access to an ocean side pool, but only a few minutes walk from restaurants, beaches, farmers market and shopping. The sunset views were fantastic and the dedicated parking spot is great for anyone with a rental car.

Kona retreat

Close to main area of Kona but also felt secluded. Beautiful view. Enjoyed watching the turtles. Close to beautiful beaches. Property is well stocked for beach activities.

Great Stay

The unit is clean and well supplied. The location, just off the main road is quiet and makes for an easy walk to town, shopping, restaurants or the beach. The balcony is above the pool and overlooks a popular surfing spot. I would recommend it to friends and would book it again when we return.

Unbeatable location & relaxing privacy

We absolutely loved our stay! This condo had the best rocky beach location—perfect for watching the waves crash and catching gorgeous sunsets right from the property. It felt incredibly private and peaceful, yet we were just a short, easy stroll away from all the fun: oceanside dining, coffee shops, and great shopping. The balance of quiet seclusion and convenient access to everything made this stay truly special. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Kona Kai Lanai

Place was awesome, great location. We used the beach chairs & beach towels, the pool was great. Bed was really comfortable. Just enough space for the 2 of us.

Wonderful views and proximity to everything!

Hosts were wonderful. Reached out many times to see if there was anything we needed. Clean with wonderful lanai to watch an amazing sunset! Would definitely recommend!

Our favorite place!

This place seriously has everything you could need! The pool and view is lovely, we saw SO many turtles swimming, it was so fun and heart warming. The property was so clean, has its own parking spot, is super close we were able to walk everywhere for food. It has beach supplies and a stocked kitchen. Check in process was so easy and we had no issues. We would definitely come back and stay longer next time! Thank you for having us b
